Atribuțiile:
Create a Windows OS image as baseline image, with the last BIOS updates, necessary drivers, applications, windows updates and with different Windows settings;
Work with Clonezilla Live image distribution;
Work with SysPrep and other OS imaging techniques for Microsoft technologies;
Prepare and configure OS baseline images to be able to replicate, test and deliver large number of OS Images to customers;
Install, configure and test updates for baseline OS images;
Create, test and release custom OS images based on our customer requirements;
Investigate and resolve complex hardware & software issues on various computer systems related to the OS;
Provide technical assistance on a wide range of computers related to OS and HW configuration;
Create Windows scripts and implements various automations to deliver the expected results;
Implement information security controls to harden the OS images
Gather information security requirements for complex technical environments, tools and projects;
Respond to security questionnaires submitted by our customers as part of the VRA (Vendor Risk Assessment) process or Due Diligence;
Define, write, maintain and apply information security policies as part of the ISO 27001:2022 framework;
Identify and track security best practices to allow the review of the effectiveness of the information security controls and the implementation of coordinated across the organization to maintain/improve information security;
Perform internal audits together with the other technical teams for various internal products and projects;
Generate periodic reports for Leadership and highlight key aspects
Participate in the solution design, support development and testing (clear, specific, and testable acceptance criteria);
Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional & technical specifications;
Analyze the impact of business requirements on the existing systems;
Transform business requirements into software requirements specifications;
Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution;
Maintain specifications up to date throughout the project, operating the approved changes;
Business and functional analysis skills comprising demonstrable experience of all aspects of analysis: business process modeling, use cases/user stories writing, data modeling, UML design
Responsible for all local and cloud IT infrastructure including network, servers and other services/platforms
Identifying the IT requirements of Acrelec and making sure all tasks are delivered accordingly
Understanding, analyzing and anticipating the usage behavior of the IT services in order to adjust the infrastructure accordingly
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and all the components involved (tools processes and people) from an infrastructure and services perspective
Managing the entire lifecycle of the IT services (business request > design > development/testing/implementation > administrating the service > improvements > decommissioning)
Implementing the IT security requirements and documenting the services according to the business requirements
Focuses on collaboration, teamwork and customer service
Prepare weekly and monthly reports regarding the Core Services Team
Creates tasks in Core Services JIRA project or directly assigns a task to one of the team members
Writes documentation, procedures and processes for all Core Services related topics
Together with the Core Services Team, plans Business Continuity for monitoring the entire Acrelec infrastructure over the weekends and during bank holidays

Propunerea de masuri de imbunatatire atat intern cat si pentru echipele N2 din filiale sau de la clienti/ parteneri, urmarirea planurilor de ameliorare;
Gestiunea situatiilor de urgenta si a planului de escalada;
Organizarea și coordonarea unei echipe de suport tehnic L3 (~ 6 membri) intr-un context international, pentru o gama de produse software dezvoltate de firma; aplicatiile sunt atat server-side (monitorizare si continuitate de serviciu) cat si distribuite pe terminale aflate pe teren (in magazin);
