Analizează zilnic capacitatea de producție, prin raportarea permanenta la echipamente disponibile si la numărul de oameni programați conform planificării schimburilor
Elaborează planul de încărcare a capacitatilor din producție in concordanta cu disponibilitatea acestora, împărțita pe proiecte/clienți, conform planul general de producție
Menține in permanenta legătura cu echipa de producție pentru a se asigura o utilizare cat mai eficienta a capacitații producției
Elaborează planificarea zilnica, săptămânala și periodica a productiei, ținând cont de stocul de materii prime si materiale auxiliare existent, de disponibilitatea capitalului uman si de disponibilitatea echipamentelor din producție in scopul asigurării nivelului optim de produse finite agreat
Prioritizeaza ordinea executarii operatiilor de producție, având în vedere optimizarea la maximum a performanțelor operatorilor (minim de întârzieri, reducerea timpului in care nu se lucrează)
Determina necesarul de materii prime, echipamente productive pentru a acoperii cererile clienților, in funcție de timpii de producție calculați si stocurile de produse finite agreate
Determina necesarul de ambalaje in funcție de planul de producție si stocurile de: materie prima, produse in curs de prelucrare si produse finite agreate, si asigura disponibilitatea acestora in timp util
Oferă suport in urmărirea si gestionarea stocurilor minime de materii prime, care ar trebui să asigure premisele determinării unor previziuni a capacitații de producție si sa permită estimarea unor termene de livrare a produselor către clienți
Evaluează zilnic realizarea planului din ziua anterioara si mai apoi actualizează planul de încărcare al echipamentelor
Escaladează probleme in cazul lipsei de materiale, lipsei de scule, lipsei de capacitate de echipamente, lipsei de capital uman, sau altor probleme care pot afecta stocurile minime de produs finit agreate.
Participă activ la ședințele, legate de planificarea/realizarea producției si a livrărilor
Participă activ la ședințele de urmărire a realizării planului de producție si a constrângerilor legate de realizarea producției
Asigura controlul costurilor, in cazul introducerii produselor noi sau modificate, prin colectarea informațiilor legate de consecințele implementării
Asigură un proces de producție cursiv si livrarea in timp la client
Determină, administrează si actualizează in sistemul de control al producției „ERP” toți parametrii de planificare si livrare (timp de livrare, stocuri de siguranța, condiții de apelare, organizare transport),
