Atribuțiile:
Handling end-to-end the employee life cycle
Posting jobs, participating in HR events, candidate sourcing and selection
Deployment of the Employer Branding communication calendar
Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
Provide support in payroll
Participate in the initial orientation to newly hired team members
Organize and run engagement meetings, feedback sessions, exit interviews, provide root cause analysis on data gathered and building and managing a tailored action plan
Ensure the training plan is followed and ensure all communication with professional training associations (ex ACCA, ASPAS, CECCAR)
Involvement and support in the periodic evaluation process
Stakeholder management, being an HR Business Partner, working directly with the Lines of Service Partners
Designs and implements B2B email marketing campaigns (design artwork, implementation, results analysis) for lead generation;
Creates and optimizes tender templates, RFPs, credentials;
Organizes client business events/ webinars and ensures the follow-up together with the team;
Collaborates with other departments to create marketing content and support integrated marketing campaigns (visual materials, newsletters, tax alerts etc);
Uses Salesforce as a CRM tool to support the business development efforts of the company and optimize the prospects’ database;
Works together with our DPO to make sure that the department is compliant with the GDPR rules;
Provides support in updating the company’s website (including multimedia content);
Liaises with printing and other providers for production of publications and other marketing collaterals;
Collaborates with the CEE MarCom and BD teams on various projects;
Keeps herself/ himself updated on changes to all relevant Mazars brand guidelines
Coordinate the IT audit & consulting team in achieving its objectives
Perform reviews and audits of computer systems in the areas of general controls, application controls, IT and Information Security;
Work closely with the Financial Advisory Services team in performing integrated audits and internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls;
Identify opportunities for improvement both from business process perspective and from IT perspective;
Coordinate special projects as necessary, including system implementation reviews, benchmarking studies and acquisition reviews;
Keep the engagement partner updated regarding the status of the engagements;
Write or review engagement reports, depending on allocation received from the engagement partner
Maintaining relationship, address client’s requests and perform regular follow up
Offer constant support and coaching to the team members under its supervision
Identify potential business opportunities and act upon increasing the client portfolio
