Ensure Delphi and Legal Inventory Policies are followed;
Ensure (with the Warehouse team) that appropriate identification and segregation of material is in place (Excess and Obsolete vs Serial raw material). Ensure Cleanup activities are properly done for cutoffs (material supersessions);
Ensure Inventory accuracy (identify root cause for abnormalities and implement corrective actions);
Monitor inventory trends (negative, blocked, unrestricted stock), escalate abnormalities and coordinate appropriate actions for improvement are in place;
Coordinate Cycle counts and Annual Physical Inventory (API) activities;
Coordinate Excess and Obsolete (E&O) reporting and resolution process. Ensure improvement actions are captured and implemented;

Responsible for the quality of product and development of suppliers that supply any powertrain plant, specific to product line;
Work with Product Line Purchasing Leader on new projects - B level to PPAP with new and existing suppliers;
Working with the project teams to ensure flawless launch. Minimise pass through customer impacting issues by effective cross functional workshops including design change & Material Cost Improvement Process;
Support regular project & team meetings, offering suggestions for improvements that will allow objectives and targets to be achieved and/or exceeded;
Use standard tools and techniques for supplier development activities which ensure optimum quality is achieved;
Visit suppliers with purchasing to conduct technical capability assessment and team feasibility reviews. Manage and co-ordinate the activities of all the responsible suppliers into Start of Production, ready to hand over to SDE team 3 months after Start of Production;
Prioritise own workload and provide regular feedback to The Supplier Development Manager, ensuring business objectives and targets are achieved;
Keep accurate records of supplier visits & quality status for monthly reporting. Maintain related documentation within piece part dedicated files;
Liaise with all disciplines within the Delphi organisation to ensure conformance and schedule adherence is maintained;
Ensure supplier nominations are the best strategic partnership for respective Delphi plants;
Meet with suppliers at respective Delphi Plants for quality focus reviews
Ensures adapted warehouse organization, resources and people development and training to run and improve the departments performance;
Sets and achieves the scorecard targets for the Warehouse department;
Manages all the activities related with receiving, storage, delivery routes and shipping of all the materials (direct / indirect and finished goods) in the Warehouse;
Manages successfully the warehouse continuous improvement projects to achieve the warehouse capability metrics;
Designs/Redesigns all the Warehouse activities aligned with the current business changes and/or new businesses implementation;
Warehouse monitoring and continuous improvement to ensure focused and step change improvements in performance
Ensures warehouse team adherence to defined processes, guidelines, ISOTS, customer specific requirements, internal control and safety requirements;
Ensures that all equipment is kept in good working order and adapted to safe use
Manages the site purchase order administration according to Divisional Purchasing instructions ensuring audit compliance;
Communicates with direct material suppliers, making sure that the contract/purchase order conditions are respected;
Participates to the internal Change Management meetings representing Purchasing and follows the actions raised during these meetings. Implements approved changes in coordination with Divisional Purchasing;
Participates in project launch reviews and maintains contact with PLPLs and local launch team to ensure material availability for new programs;
Assists the Logistics Department in case of delivery program issues or in case of supplier logistic requirements;

Follows the monthly material cost evolution and builds the site material budget in accordance with the forecasted volumes and prices;
