Atribuțiile:
- Check nominal monthly timesheets with HCM report, import the file into the accounting system;
- Validate import in the accounting system of salaries and fees related to the cost center level, ensuring fairness and privacy;
- Calculate and record cost estimate for annual leave not taken, with monthly updates to that calculation;
- Record the estimate of costs related to salary bonuses;
- Calculate / document / record tax profit ratio calculation and prepare the report for the Group;
- Responsible for preparing and filing of tax returnsand financial statements (annual and biannual);
- Responsible for communicating with system vendor providing accounting system maintenance, quick fixing potential problems that may arise and developing as required by the company;
- Prepare monthly report on expenditures to cost centers, verifying and correcting any errors
- Ensure the accuracy of accounting records conducted by accountants;
- Compare expense accounts turnovers between the current month and the previous month;
