Coordinate and work with the project management team to establish tendering packages
Responsible for developing the entire tendering & contracting process for each work package (review of technical documentation, offers received, clarification meeting with contractor's / suppliers, financial negotiation, contract negotiation etc);
Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly coded for recording in the accounting system
Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work
Investigate any variances from contractual and/or internal requirements. Support remedial actions necessary to keep budget on track
Reporting of project costs

The MEP Project Manager is managing thе Construction projects in all phases
Manage all aspects of the due diligence process including but not limited to feasibility studies

Check primary documents - invoices, contracts, statements - and follow up with business partners
Cash balances reports
Regular review of accounts payables and prepare required payments
Perform monthly corporate billings

Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on all of the aforementioned activities and their results;
Collecting business intelligence data from industry reports or purchased sources to delimit trends and to measure the impact of competitors’ marketing activities;
Compiling and analyzing information on sales, market trends, forecasts, and account analyses;
Assessing and reporting on investment return and key performance metrics
Researching, gathering, and analyzing business data for Marketing Managers and Coordinators to review
Using intelligence tools to monitor current customers and to identify new ones
Create branded advertising campaigns and support the marketing and design agencies by coordinating and collating content
Monitoring the results of the marketing campaigns and online activities (related to our project websites, social media pages, google search and programmatic platforms, as channels) and generating solutions to improve the results
