Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on various matters pertaining to the CEO;
Coordinate and manage agendas, meetings and/or appointments;

Supporting the sales & marketing department team in the qualification of customer needs and performing pre-demo needs analysis;
Engaging with our customers to identify opportunities to deliver innovation, efficiencies and improved customer experience in bidding and in life of the contract using the ServiceNow Platform;
Supporting responses to Request for Information/Proposals ensuring they align to our standards and support the whole bid in delivering a solution which supports the customers ServiceNow strategy;
Offering demonstrations of ServiceNow capability, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers;
Assessing the customer's strategic needs and uncovering the business requirements;
Gathering the appropriate information to generate the proposal with the proper service components, pricing and assumptions;
Staying current on competitive analysis and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors;
Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the solutions including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security, and etc.;
Collaborating, actively sharing and gaining knowledge best practices amongst all stakeholders, virtual team members and ServiceNow consultants/ developers;
Sharing ABIT Puresoft’s practical experiences in delivering ServiceNow solutions with prospects and existing customers to demonstrate our credibility and expertise
Understanding and proactively addressing the HR and people needs of the business, and providing strategic advice and coaching to business leaders on how the people agenda and people initiatives can directly contribute towards the business areas key results;
Preparing employment contracts & documents;
Administering performance management program;
Training, certifications & career path development;
Managing payroll and employee benefits;
In charge of onboarding process and induction sessions;
Providing guidance on employee complaints and conflict resolution;
Managing the full cycle recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview and hiring process (identify, select, interview, offer);
Headhunting and proactively building a strong network in the IT sector;
Helping the talent acquisition team by sourcing qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels (social media, jobs boards, referrals, and networking);
Creating job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms;
Building relationships with candidates and offering feedback on all of the project stages;
Maintaining a clear status of all the applicants and candidates;
Updating internal resumes and contributing to their improvement;
Preparing market research analyses;
Identifying opportunities for improving the candidate experience and interview process efficiency;
Owning the candidate experience and acting as ABIT Puresoft ambassador;
Maintaining relationships with multiple interfaces (management, clients, third-party stakeholders)
