Configurarea mașinilor conform specificațiilor de onorare a cardului: alocarea corectă a configurării lucrărilor, plic, transportator și alte inserții
Verificarea calității producției
Reconcilierea numarului de carduri – cate carduri au fost produse efectiv (pentru a nu exista lipsuri sau dubluri);
Sortarea conform solicitărilor clientului (pe regiuni, sucursale, curieri etc.)
Ambalare conform cerințelor de livrare (unități de livrare - cutii, plicuri mari etc.)
Receptionati carduri si plicuri gata de livrare de la celulele de personalizare si productie;
Efectuarea reconcilierii cantitative a cardurilor primite față de detaliile comenzilor de lucru
Asigurarea indeplinirii cerintelor (sortare sau process predefinit) inainte de inmanarea coletelor catre cureiri;
Asigurarea monitorizării corecte a procedurilor specifice de monitorizare a calității;
Develop and / or improve CPS flows related to personalization and fulfillment services (CPS is a unique credential system, developed by Idemia, that covers all issuance needs to support our personalization service globally)
Develop and / or improve non CPS (any other Idemia approved software) flows related to personalization and fulfillment services
Keep accurate track of CPS and / or any other Idemia approved software flows that need development or improvement using project management specific tools and approach
Keep track of new features reported in relation to CPS migration in order to improve CPS usage in production area
Keep track of bugs reported in relation to CPS migration in order to avoid personalization downtimes
Support local technical team for CPS migration
Consult with local technical team whenever deemed necessary
Monitor and process input & output files using CPS in order to generate Production Work Orders
Keep accurate track of each input / output file content according to the Production Log
Reconcile processed files vs available files per each customer
Ensure the correct follow-up on specific quality monitoring procedures
Ensure completion of daily / monthly reports
Any other tasks or duties assigned by the direct manager
Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health in both Azure and Private DCs
Designing and maintaining scalable infrastructure as code using Terraform
Recover platforms during production incidents to meet targeted SLO; perform detailed root cause analysis to prevent regressions
Troubleshoot, evaluate and resolve operational challenges and support escalation
Maintain platforms after go live by measuring and monitoring their availability, performance and overall system health
Documenting Knowledge
Scale systems through automation, improving change velocity and reliability
Leverage technical skills to partner with team members and be comfortable diving into a problem as needed
Measure and optimize system performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating to continually improve
Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning
Work with feature teams on day-to-day design and development activities (. review architectural changes and their impact on platform OA&M, challenge security decisions, provide feedback and propose improvements related to operational aspects of the applications)
Develop auxiliary tools automating or simplifying platform Ops
Take responsibility for platform availability, performance and overall system health; manage platform’s error budget
Recover platforms during production incidents to meet targeted SLOs; perform detailed root cause analysis to prevent regressions
Provide technical expertise on Idemia products and support processes to internal and external customers, including defining SLI/SLO acceptable by all involved parties
Validate readiness and maturity of new rollouts through development, execution and verification of automated smoke test suites
Accounts Payable will encompass the processing of all accounts payable transactions including bills, charges and invoicing client bills, ensuring accuracy of each bill and proper classification
Accounts Receivable will encompass the accurate posting and classification of the daily receivable transactions and maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of each day’s transactions
Reconcile monthly debit/credit statements per third party
General Ledger maintenance
Perform other general office duties as needed
Participating to the monthly financial reports for management
Basic requirements:
Bachelor Accounting /ASE
Minimum 2 years of general accounting (AR/AP/GL)
Minimum 1-year experience and knowledge with Tax reporting (VAT statements, INSTRASTAT)
Minimum 1-year knowledge & experience with an ERP use (preferably Axapta/SAP but any other ERP knowledge is appreciated)
Implements deployments to preproduction and production environments, including pre-installation, configuration, and testing of the solutions developed by IDEMIA. Accordingly, technical knowledge and skills in areas such as database usage, network protocols and Linux familiarity are required
Supports the management of environmental dependencies and constraints during solution deployment to ensure smooth transitions to IDEMIA Support organization
Supports the preparations for deployments and maintenance of the production environments. So ensure accurate delivery as well as provide control that all changes are done in a documented way
Performs validation of changes received from development and project teams as part of the delivery process
Performs maintenance upgrades and patching of pre production and productions systems with further testing and documentation of the test results
