Support sales team to expand metering business in Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Ex YU and make technical presentations to customers;
Obtain and analyze customer technical requirements, determine specifications and deliver them to the sales and R&D departments;
Clarify technical issues during product development process;
Test samples and output conclusions, help R&D improve product functions to meet customer requirements;
Follow up on-site feedback, communicate with sales and R&D and deliver solutions to customer in time;
Obtain certification requirements, clarify certification test contents and follow up test process, and obtain test results;
Responsible for providing company management with market information and technical suggestions that are helpful in making corporate strategies;
Responsible for studying the development trend of the target market, customer needs, competition conditions and market access conditions, etc., and formulating product development strategies;
Responsible for target market product positioning, product planning, product function definition, product test and product certification;
Responsible for determining the product positioning, and target competitors of the new product, fully defining product performance, functions, parameters and certification, and clarifying the product strategy that products should adopt when entering the market;
Carry out key support and follow-up for the key target markets, target industries and customers of new products to support the achievement of new product indicators for the sales team;
Responsible for providing product technical training and competition training for the sales department; providing product training for partners and important customers

Maintaining, developing and building up professional relationships with customers, coordinate the business opportunities for NOARK brand in Bucharest area especially in rezidential and reseller area
Maintaining and increasing of the cooperation with existing customers as well as working through the acquisition
Leading the sales process from the initial contact with the customer through providing the customer with all necessary commercial (offers, tenders, other) and technical documentation
Monitoring supply process and finally looking after on time payment effecting by the customer
Establish positive business relationships with customers
Achieve monthly/ quarterly/ annual targets and develop ways of selling to generate further revenue
Develop and implementing sales and marketing strategies for the respective area
Forming tight cooperation and reporting procedures with first line manager and other departments to ensure well organized information flow towards these departments and smooth sales process
