Set the visual design direction and standards for automotive software across the vehicle center stack, instrument cluster and heads-up displays
Create visual and animation systems in the brand of the automaker that can be flexibly applied to various type of screens through the use of grid systems and UI patterns
Collaborate with with interaction designers, product managers and engineers to create the world’s best in-vehicle navigation and communication systems
Bring interactions to life with meaningful motion design
Work closely with engineers to flawlessly implement the design
Work with user researchers to identify areas for refinement
Main responsibility to audit employee expense reports for US and Europe locations
Perform an audit on transaction details for employee expense reports according to the Company’s Travel policy and local tax requirements for Europe locations
Review and validate each expense report to ensure that all requirements are met (validate transaction date, receipt, amount, vendor, location, expense type and payment method, etc.)
Heavily interact with employees to resolve any expense report issues as problems arise
Manage each Company’s Travel Policy
Understand each Company’s expense report workflow process
Learn and understand the system efficiently
Provide training to new employees on how to use the system and submit expense reports
Generate import/ export files (payments, bookings) for Romania entity and upload to internet banking platform and local accounting system (Winmentor)
Generate monthly bookings report and archive (electronic/ printed) for Romania entity
Run and analyze reports for monthly closes
Secondary responsibilities provide support for accounting department on operational tasks regarding wire payment, bank statement processing, booking of invoices, etc
Organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities meeting deadlines
Performing daily secretarial activities
Receiving the visitors and announcing the contact persons in the company
Ensuring the transmission of documents by mail, fax, e-mail
Organize special team events and celebrations
Support for Finance and HR department
Handling the access cards of the employees
Handling the office’s parking spaces for the employees
Support for guests from other sites
Preparing visa invitation letters for guests
Contact point for the building administration, for suppliers and other type of partners
Support for travel department: domestic and international travel including visa processing for both Cluj office and German office, flights, and hotel accommodations for directors and team members as needed
Support for German office: prepare the financial documents & expense report for Accounting department, handle the office’s email address, archive the contracts and other incoming documents
Support for German tax audit
Point of contact for the administrative department of the German office building
Submit Purchase Requisition forms for the German office
Initiate, plan, execute and monitor your project(s) accordingly to the company defined processes
Correctly managing scope changes
Be an integrated part in defining and improving project management related processes (in fact, 20% of your time will be spent in this direction)
Ensure a permanent alignment between all project(s) team members, taking into consideration the fact that your team(s) may be distributed across three continents (US, Europe, Asia)
Closely and permanently collaborate with Telenav's internal departments (. product management)
Execute your project(s) iteratively and incrementally ensuring a permanent alignment with the official milestones
Help and mentor your team(s) members in correctly employing agreed frameworks (. Scrum) and in correctly using the day to day project management tools (. JIRA)
Guide your team(s) towards a self-organizing, independent mindset
Reporting the project status into steering committee and/or internal departments and/or external clients (three different levels of reporting, each with its own specificity)
Build positive professional relationships with clients and associates
Create technical and non-technical documentation for internal use: UI/UX specifications, technical guides, API references, Demo Apps walkthrough;
Work closely with the Development team and Product Manager in order to create an end-user, qualitative SDK Documentation;
Conduct research on the product/topic you are writing about, mainly through conversations with members of the team you are part of: UI/UX designers, QA, developers, product managers, etc.;
Take an active role in testing the products you are writing about, to ensure they work the way they are documented to work;
Describe procedures and processes step by step using clear, concise and “to the point” sentences;
Proofread and edit technical documents;
Maintain documentation created by you or others by constantly revising it for changes, corrections, or improvements. In brief: keep the publication up-to-date
Design and implement overall sourcing strategy, determining selection criteria for the open positions, in line with the company’s culture and strategy;
Be a strategic advisor to the business to ascertain hiring requirements;
Direct sourcing and pipeline management to meet current and future hiring demands;
Own and manage the entire recruiting cycle from requisition to on-boarding;
Develop recruitment strategies using various sourcing and interviewing techniques;
Keep an overview of our current staffing needs and determine future needs via regular meetings with our Hiring Managers;
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the position’s requirements;
Monitor and apply HR best practices;
Monitor the job market, prepare analyses and summaries of the main job market movements and provide well documented reports to the rest of the team;
Promote the company in relevant events on a local and national level
Develop, maintain and enhance complex and diverse software systems;
Handle processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real-time systems and business management information systems on both data and application layer;
Handle application side of scalability for very large database projects;
Work individually or as part of a team;
Resolve software problem reports;
Maintain and optimize production databases;
Research new database solutions, depending on the problem;
