Responsible for ensuring the contractual services are delivered within the agreed SLA and KPI (collaborate with the Delivery teams, operationally manage the onsite engineers, develop and implement service improvement plans)
Accountable for contractual SLAs, ensuring delivery alignment with contractual and client business needs
Planning and coordinating all logistical activities related to the product deliveries, including procurement, storage, and distribution of goods to customer branches
Responsible for coordinating the steady state service delivery to multiple clients while promoting the continuous improvement of productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction
Monitoring and ensuring timely delivery of thousands of products per month to various customer locations across Germany
Collaborating closely with transport logistics providers to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of goods
Will be the first point of contact for the client and will build up strong relationships to improve client satisfaction (set up periodical meetings to identify the client’s challenges and needs, present the Billing and SLA reports, assess the contract for value plus opportunities)
Planning and deploying approximately 20 teams for on-site installation, maintenance, and commissioning of goods
Monitoring deployment teams to ensure all tasks are performed correctly and effectively
Identifying potential issues or bottlenecks and developing solution strategies to minimize delays or interruptions
Communicating and coordinating with customers to ensure their requirements are met and ensure high customer satisfaction
Maintain the necessary documentation of process on customers’ contracts
Implementation of cash register solutions for Customer Checkout (CCO) from SAP customers (this includes both the implementation of the cash register system, as well as the integration with SAP systems). In addition, the focus will also be on further SD development for customers as well as innovative internal projects
Design and customization of SAP Material/Article Master Data in S/4, SAP MDM as well as trade calculation for purchase items and stock items
Error analysis and correction in 3rd level support area are part of the tasks, although they represent only a small part of the daily work
Perform and check the necessary documentation for various completed tasks
The tasks include leading projects, subprojects, or participating within a team (depending on the consultant's experience)
Responsibilities also include coordinating teams, prioritizing tasks, and supporting key customer users
Perform quality control throughout the development process to maintain the client expectations
Adjust and update project schedules, track timelines as well created goals as project needs or funding change
Create short, mid and long-term plans, in a way that allows them to be accomplished on time and in a cost-effective manor
Make effective decisions to ensure project progression
Keeping contact for team members to ensure group synergy and intervene in situation where said members have differing opinions
Communicate with directors and team leaders to keep the project aligned with their goals
Approve vacation planning for team members in a way that does not impede service delivery performance
Keep and maintain a constant check on employee performance/progression to identify and implement any possible changes that can help improve client satisfaction
Analyze the legislative, financial, technological, and social opportunities and requests within the company's business environment
Identify and attract the necessary resources for the implementation of new business ideas
Represent the organization by maintaining a good and transparent relationship with company clients
Develop positive relations with the company's staff to motivate and increase the degree of involvement in the company
Handle and resolve conflictual situations arising within company staff members
Organize team building events and social activities for the purpose improving team collaboration and staff loyalty
