Coordinate and enable global /regional HR initiatives aligned with business and country strategies
Accountable to ensure regulatory compliance and consistent application of Human Resources activity in Romania

Accountable for execution of Hire to Retire workflow and activities

Manage the CRM on-line database / tool
Cooperate with Romanian CPP marketing team and other functional managers
Web Site CPP Romania- regular updates and maintenance
Monitor Promoters’ activities and Bonus Promoters program implementation from the budget perspective
SMS and electronic communication to all the customers and team
Offer support in the organization of Customers’ Conferences and Demo Days in Romania
Assist the marketing production - mailings, leaflets, adverts, texts correction and input
Inventory and distribution of the literature at the national level to customers and team
Gradually, participate actively within the business teams’ meetings in Romania and in CE
Follow all DuPont internal procedures, especially those related to the company’s core values: high ethical standards, respectful people treatment, safety and environmental protection
