Gather, analyze, and document all requirements: business, functional, non-functional, and technical;
Build use cases, business flow diagrams, user stories, and perform gap analysis;
Provide support for teams in testing and implementation phases;
Conceptualize and diagram system interfaces (mockups, workflow diagrams, etc.);
Identify business process improvement opportunities as they relate to industry best practice;
Work closely with the Project Manager, Technical Lead, and QA Lead;
Perform feasibility analysis and scope projects;
Create detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD) and translate it into functional specifications;
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs;
Serve as the liaison between the project stakeholder/s and the software development team (client calls, internal meetings, onsites, etc.);
Partake in analyzing the impact of change requests;
Oversee the development and implementation of all Human Resources policies and programs, such as: recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, and learning and development;
Define and manage the recruitment process and strategy: create job descriptions, select appropriate job boards for posting, recruit and interview candidates, perform reference checks and extend offers. Provide support and direction to our Recruiters, as needed;
Conduct new hire orientations and paperwork;
Maintain and improve employee satisfaction and engagement through expert employee relations. Work with management to resolve any existing employee relations issues and help to prevent future ones;
Anticipate and quickly respond to people’s needs regarding the work environment;
Develop and drive strategies that foster continuous individual growth and a culture where all employees are respected and valued;
Provide assistance with the employee evaluation process;
Serve as company expert on Romanian HR laws and regulations, and ensure company compliance with applicable laws;
Create monthly / quarterly / annual reports for HR processes;
Ensure a great collaboration between the company and external suppliers, including: private healthcare institution, training providers, etc.;
Coordinate the organizing teams of various events, such as: team buildings, parties, job fairs
oversee the execution of all recruiting activities by junior personnel
oversee the overall recruiting and sourcing mission and long-term strategy
lead the recruiting department with a focus on driving accountability, shaping strategies and support department-wide growth and development
supervise new hire orientations and paperwork

identify trends and adjust the recruiting strategies to optimize the impact of the recruiting team
