Establishes productive, professional relationships with key clients in assigned customer accounts
Persuasive approaches and pitches to convince potential clients to do business with the Company
Coordinates the sales process, starting from first contact to contract negotiation, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
Leads solution development efforts (together with management team) that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary documentation for the sales process
Grow and retain existing accounts by constant presentations on new solutions and services
Team up with similar position marketing and development suppliers, for meeting sales targets and clients’ expectations
Attend industry events and conferences, representing the company and its services
Identify opportunities for campaigns, promotions or other strategies related to the products successful sales
Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data accuracy
Manage a constant update on company’s CRM/ sales management system
Bring in new clients and maintain the customer database
