Identificarea și coordonarea proiectelor mari de investiții pentru construcția de spații industriale și logistice, producție și depozitare
Administrarea şi dezvoltarea portofoliului de clienţi din zona arondata
Crează şi dezvoltă relaţia cu clientii si potentialii clienti, identificȃnd soluţii pentru nevoile acestora
Promoveaza produsele companiei: structuri metalice sau din prefabricate de beton, sisteme de acoperis (tabla cutata, panouri sandwich sau tip sandwich + accesorii), sistem de jgheaburi si burlane, timplarie de PVC sau aluminiu doar uz industrial, sisteme de pereti (placari, profile usoare, solutii ventilate, panouri sandwich), trape de fum, luminatoare, porti industriale (cu toate tipurile de accesorizari)
Răspunde pentru păstrarea confidenţialităţii informaţiilor de la şi către colaboratori, referitoare la discuţii preliminare, plan strategic, contracte, oferte, condiţii şi termene de plată, precum şi alte informaţii comerciale de această natură;

Producing & also signing accounting reports and monthly/quarterly/yearly statistics (local & group once)
Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all financial transactions
Recording, classifying, and summarizing financial transactions and events in accordance with accepted local accounting principles and financial reporting standards
Using Company’s software applications to assemble, manipulate and/or format data for accounting and reporting purposes
Bringing to the attention of the management any abnormality in the disbursement of the company’s funds
Proactively performs preventive quality controls and initiates corrective actions when necessary
Computation and payments on daily / monthly basis
Assist in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting
Advising and assisting the Management in accounting topics
Reconciliation of bank statements and other balance sheet accounts
Ensuring appropriate financial control in compliance with Romanian legislation
Cooperation with external auditors to carry out annual external auditing
Cooperates with tax authorities in case of tax reviews
Supervision the day-to-day operation of the accounting
Other financial management duties assigned by the Cluster Chief Accountant
Organize the vehicle transportation with trucks on European and national routes and co-ordinate transports with the other business units of the company while optimizing the economic aspects and granting the overall quality of the service provided
Organising and monitoring of all trucks’ trips and drivers on national and European routes
Responsibility for the economic performance and effectiveness of the dispatch
Coordination with the other transport entities of the Company for the planning of flows, the details of rotations, backloads etc
Ensuring the communication between clients, superiors and drivers, timely and with accuracy
Management of all drivers
Permanent analysis and evaluation of the driver and truck data
Initial training for new drivers and permanent training for existing drivers
Preparing the working chart of accounts and forms of primary accounting documents (waybills, bills of loading, invoices, travelling sheets, travelling certificates)
Produce manual purchase orders for general expenses
Informing about purchase order numbers, manual or open, to suppliers
Collection of information for issuing customer and drivers invoices
Validating damage invoices on basis of PV and former approval of the Technical Specialist
Administrative Human Resources responsibilities:
Collecting the entry documents of new employees, scanning, archiving and registering them into the electronic database
Preparing, updating, transmitting to the external payroll company and archiving the personnel and labour documents (holiday applications, medical certificates, inquiries etc)
Transmitting of the correct files for labour contracts to the external accounting company, registering them within the Romanian Road Authority legal database
Securing the validity of licenses, documents, IDs, permits for employees
Filling of attendance records (time recording)
Collection of the expenses report and the receipts etc. of the drivers after their return from the trip and controlling, preparing and validating the expenses reports before giving them for booking
Checking and validating of drivers travel reports
Preparing all data and calculations for the monthly payroll for drivers
