Serves as the SCM single point of contact for the PDT
Support of the Quality Sourcing Process: Gather and prepare required RFQ data (drawings, timing, etc.) issues RFQs to suppliers, ensure timely RFQ supplier response, prepare RFQ/CBD analysis templates for all dedicated programs
Ensure and facilitates, all steps of the sourcing process are completed including all forms and checklists completed accurately, all issues resolved with supply base, technical reviews and pre-sourcing meetings, APQP conducted, etc
Ensures Sourcing Process is respected and completed in line with the program cost targets and timing
Develop the Prototype and Tooling RFQ requirements and supports and tracks activities to complete tasks on time and within cost targets
Ensure sufficient capacity and tooling lifetime for new and carry over components nominations
Resolve all launch related issues within supply base to ensure on time, on quality, on cost delivery of material, machinery, equipment, and tooling
Track and manage critical issues, develop backup plans, and ensures execution of improvement plans for all Supply Chain Management related launch issues
Manage (track/escalate/report/initiate corrective actions to improve) all program related material (components, tools etc) and capex costs versus the budget
Ensure function reporting documentation are updates and available for SCM and PDT review at any needed time
Work with Product Engineering in the Design Reviews of relevant components to ensure all components are manufacturable
Create the Tool Specifications and track the manufacture of all tooling within the supply base
Retains the responsibility of the new or transfer tooling until the validation of the standard process and trouble free production for 3 months, subject to sign off and review
Creating a close working relationship with suppliers, with the overall objective being to develop the component manufacture within the plant on time and cost
Manage the launch of production tooling on time and within budget
Problem solving and support to production tooling issues
Will close and conclude projects that have been implemented formalising ‘Lessons learnt’ and distributing inside Inteva
Support and action all internal policy requirements such as Purchase requests etc

Elaboreaza procedurile tehnice, actualizeaza PFD si PFMEA
Pregateste si interpreteaza ajutoarele vizuale, instructiuni de lucru, parametrii de setare a echipamentelor de injectie
Colaboreaza cu departamentele suport pentru solutionarea problemelor aparute
Participa si sustine actiunile de imbunatatire continua a productiei in aria de injectie mase plastice
Colecteaza si introduce in sistem datele specifice domeniului de activitate
Intocmeste diferite rapoarte specifice domeniului de activitate
Specifica si documenteaza cerintele tehnice (parametrii de operare) pentru masini, unelte sau alte echipamente
Propune, implementeaza si documenteaza imbunatatiri ale proceselor si echipamentelor de injectie (proiecte Kaizen)
Realizeaza si valideaza impreuna cu echipa suport schimbarile tehnologice necesare pe echipamentele de injectie
Lucreaza impreuna cu celelalte departamente in vederea gasirii formulei optime cu privire la aspectele tehnologice de productie (reducere rebut si opriri neplanificate ale echipamentelor)
Imbunatateste ergonomia spatiului de munca a operatorilor si a modului in care sunt dispuse materialele pe statii
Urmareste imbunatatirea continua a performantei operatorilor pentru cresterea productivitatii

Monitorizeaza activitatile poluante si stabileste masuri corective in caz de depasire a indicatorilor legali,
Raporteaza catre Agentia pentru Protectia Mediului Bihor toate situatiile si rapoartele solicitate in virtutea legislatiei in vigoare,
Identifica aspecte de mediu si evalueaza impactul asupra mediului impreuna cu sefii locurilor de munca,si propune masuri de reducere/prevenire a poluarii,
Intocmeste documentele necesare pentru plata fondului de mediu conform legii,

Se asigura ca exista personal calificat conform legii pentru a manipula anumite utilaje sau statii de lucru(stivuitoare,panouri electrice,centrale termice,recipienti de presiune),

Elaborates and updates the procedures and instructions for the Quality Control process of the component parts
To keep daily the quality control process of the parts produced (scrap analysis, registration, scrap reports, quality indicators, line sorting, training of quality operators or technicians)

The Change Request Leader (CRL) is responsible for ensuring that changes progress through the Plex system from the change request until its approval in a timely way
