Atribuțiile:
Market prospect and contact potential corporate clients to incorporate them into the company's portfolio;
Provide all team members with feedback to insure individual competence and to improve staff and team performance in order to generate new business opportunities by developing our corporate client portfolio and to maintain and further develop relationships with existing corporate clients;
Develop and manage existing business partnerships, generate and negotiate new revenues with focus on performance and growth;
Analyze and manage the clients’ business travel budgets by generating reports, approval solutions, and savings strategies;
Collaborate with other operational teams to proactively look for ways to reduce handoffs and costs and improve customer satisfaction;
Understand the complexity of the business and the types and needs of the existing corporate clients;
Present and promote business travel services to potential corporate clients and bring new ideas to diversify the services offered to existing clients;
Monitor, analyze, document and participate in tenders;
Responsible for new corporate clients’ implementation;
Develop and propose new strategies to develop existing corporate clients and grow the company's business;
Permanent monitoring of the competition, in order to gain a better understanding of the market;
Constant participation in networking events: meetings, events, round tables, meetings of Chambers of Commerce, Embassies, events in the public or private economic environment, etc
Implementing questionnaires in order to find out from our clients what went well, what didn't and how to improve their experience with us as well as future clients' experiences
Analyze the industry and propose the most efficient channels and tactics;
Implement a test, measure, refine & reiterate approach with regular reports and recommendations to constantly improve the efficiency of our online marketing campaigns and increase conversion rate;
Use analytics to understand and monitor user behavior in online environment;
Work with our agreed digital agencies, monitor & evaluate actions
