Maintenance for all Essilor equipment (lens finishing, optometry, optical measurements devices, industry specific small devices)
Install the equipment at the customer designated location, planning and implementing the usage training
Develops and implements the service strategy within a given geographical area in accordance with the company principles and policies
Reach goals and specific target
Develop and maintain the relationship with clients
Be able to identify the problem very fast and to react efficiently
Maintains high-level contacts with key accounts
Responsible for knowing the market within the given territory and industrial sectors. Monitors all the customers, development and service opportunities/contracts
Either daily, weekly and /or monthly submits activity reports and report on achieved results
