Develop and maintain e-commerce applications for reliability, security, manageability, scalability, and performance; provide technical expertise in the areas of architecture, design, and implementation
Implement new features in PHP, MongoDB, MySQL, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS and HTML
Write complex SQL and NoSQL queries to retrieve and manipulate datasets
Create and maintain software integrations with online ads providers
Provide technical resolutions for e-commerce store and order fulfillment system issues
Effectively and efficiently interact with team members and third party vendor technical personnel
Estimate project schedules accurately and consistently
Plan and manage campaigns on social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and Snapchat, working within the native tools on each platform to execute and optimize campaigns.
Determine set-up, including testing methodologies, reporting, and optimization requirements, ensuring full impact and efficiency of each campaign.
Measure, analyze and optimize efforts and effectively communicate your strategy, successes and learnings to the broader team and leadership.
Communicate weekly progress on all marketplace social campaigns and provide insights that highlight the story behind the data
Advise on paid social content calendars.
QA the campaign builds and initial data to ensure successful launch and delivery.
Evaluate and recommend new online marketing opportunities and technologies.
Develop strong working relationships with social vendors to stay up to date on new ad offerings, alpha and beta test opportunities.
Develops strategies for paid search, shopping and product feed optimization
Develops strategies for Google Shopping, product feed optimization and paid search.
Hands-on management and ongoing optimization of existing search campaign components including, but not limited to – product feed content and delivery, promotional planning, ad copy, bidding, cost per conversion, cost per click and keyword research.
Develops rules to automate the optimization of search metrics and product inclusion to streamline program performance for millions of skus that change continuously
Aligns with site promotion calendar to enhance appeal and drive urgency through search copy and promotional tools available through engines
Creates and refines performance reports
Performs in-depth analyses of marketing campaigns
Actively manages keyword bids to meet customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer long term value (LTV) and return on spend (ROAS) objectives
Designates and optimizes landing pages and tracking URLs
Researches industry trends and analyze competitor data
Presents paid search, shopping and product feed optimization recommendations to manager and leadership
Creative with strategies and discovers unique angles and approaches in order to generate more traffic and conversions for market places
Flexes in as needed to support other acquisition marketing channels
Plan and manage campaigns on social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and Snapchat, working within Kenshoo and the native tools on each platform to execute and optimize campaigns.
