Atribuțiile:
Delivers results in line with product/business plan and company goals. Responsible for pulling together and driving marketing activities across all functions to ensure that results are achieved
Asses and analyze complex marketplace issues and develop clear understanding of both internal and external environment. Therefore, requirement to analyze data from a variety of sources (. medical, market research, IMS, Interact) and interpret to produce effective business plans
Builds relationships with all functions impacted in business environment (Internal and External). Interface across the organization and develop relationship in order to drive projects through to agreed timelines. Effective facilitation of Brand Team meetings
Looks at the potential the product has for the long and short term whilst ensuring plans address customer needs. Maintains clear communication with customers regarding mutual expectations. Effective facilitation of Advisory Board Meetings and consultation with wider key opinion leader community
Monitors product sales and Market evolution against the market to assess the performance and bring appropriate remediation
Develops systems/procedures that allow timely tracking and updating of progress
Effectively organizes projects and plans to ensure product performance objectives are achieved. Is the key driver within the Product Brand Team, ensuring all members contribute and are equally accountable for the plan
Critical in business planning. Thinks logically about steps to take and communicates in a clear fashion. Where possible builds contingency into provides support to the field force and ensures that plans are implemented flawlessly and commitments are acted how decisions impact on other parts of the organization/other products. Provides proposals for a way forward in relation to tactics for achieving the product’s larger marketplace. Has broad knowledge of the industry in which the organization competes including suppliers, customers, and competitors. Is conversant in the external factors (. regulatory, legal) that impacts the organization
Actively provides support to the field force and ensures that plans are implemented flawlessly and commitments are acted upon
Foresees how decisions impact on other parts of the organization/other products. Provides proposals for a way forward in relation to tactics for achieving the product’s objectives
Understands larger marketplace. Has broad knowledge of the industry in which the organization competes including suppliers, customers, and competitors. Is conversant in the external factors (. regulatory, legal) that impacts the organization
Communicates clearly, logically, and concisely in a variety of settings, including one-on-one sessions, formal group presentations and written communication. Effectively uses active listening and probing techniques to validate assumptions and avoid misunderstanding. Clarifies issues to ensure understanding.
Integrates market observations with strong commercial analysis to bring clarity to current and short term business issues. Is able to simplify complex issues and create actionable plans to address those issues.
Responsible for the marketing budget investment and execution according with the product/business plan and local strategy.
Promptly report knowledge (initial or follow-up) of any adverse event associated with a Company product within 24 hours or one business day of becoming aware of the event, in accordance with Company procedures
Requirements:
Experience in working directly with customers including negotiation activities . tenders and contracts.
Experience in selling and/or marketing of ethical and consumer products/services.
Experience of developing and implementing a commercial plan, . territory plan, marketing plan.
Experience of communicating to lots of different audiences in various formats, . formal presentations, chairing meetings, written communications.
Experience of analyzing data from many varied sources for use in decision-making and planning.
Proven ability to energize others
Working in a matricial environment and organization
Experience in hematology/oncology area for minimum years
Knowledge of relevant codes of practice and understanding of the importance of internal approval processes and procedures.
Awareness of impact of government policy in NHS and the impact on the selling environment.
Market Analysis and Planning process (MAPS).
Understanding of therapy area and specific processes related to it.
Knowledge of operating cultures and working styles that this job impacts.
Understanding of the integration of the promotional mix.
Exposure to pharmaceutical industry and its full operation.
Very good level of English
Strong ability to work with softwares: PowerPoint, Excel, Interact
