Keep IT security in consideration in all administrative topics
Operations and management of the Azure Active Directory and on-premise Active Directory, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, Radius & NPS ensuring a stable and maintained environment that is fit for purpose for all RWE operating company needs
Configure and manage Microsoft Azure Active Directory, AAD Connect, AAD Connect health & Azure AD Monitor
Manage Microsoft 365 tenant and perform tenant administration activities relating to access control and service readiness and availability
Manage physical & virtual domain controllers located both on-premise and in cloud
Ensure proactive monitoring of the infrastructure for service disruptions and issues
Manage Domain Controllers ensuring high availability and a secure system posture. Perform regular server administration activities including backup, patching and upgrades. Ensure that the Active Directory environment is up to date by installing the latest Microsoft updates/patches
Ensure Directory Services environment configuration is accurately and suitably documented
Implement service improvements and enhancements
Define and document processes, standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles etc
Communicate standards, processes and procedures as required and ensure adherence
Establish efficient workflow processes and implement changes to improve overall effectiveness of Azure AD / AD services
Provide operational support, respond to and manage incident and problem resolution and answer queries from users and other teams
Participate in standardisation and clean-up activities and other activities aimed at improving the overall infrastructure stability and security posture
Create regular KPI reports
Collaborate closely with other IT Infra teams including IT Security, Application teams and external third parties
Automate administrative activities using well documented PowerShell under source code control
Identify Microsoft roadmap changes affecting AD, AAD and Microsoft 365 and articulate benefit and impact
Play an active part in all related infrastructure design changes, planning and implementation
Managing Active Directory: AD objects, OUs, directory service files and Sysvols
Create and manage users and group accounts: Account permissions, configuring user policies, membership management, add/delete/change user accounts
Create and Manage service accounts: Create gMSA, service accounts, unlock service accounts, configure SPNs
Active Directory clean up: Deletion of obsolete users, computers and group accounts
Automate tasks, policies (GPO) management and procedures: Managing policies for sites, domain & OUs, troubleshooting GPOs, manage users and computers using Group policies
Managing of DNS environment : Install, configure and manage DNS clients and servers, managing forest-wide zones, delegation of controls of AD integrated zones
Managing operations DHCP clients and servers: Install and configure DHCP server, manage address pools, restores, leases and reservations
Managing internal TCP/IP networks relating to Active Directory
ADFS: Setup, manage and deletion of federated service with any other third-party service for authentication and authorization, update SSL certificate for ADFS, creating Relying Party Trust, configure Claims Provider Trust, Renew federation certificate
MFA: Set up 2 Factor Authentication, replacement SecurID token, change authentication methods
SSPR: Use the Self-service Password Management report in order to determine who has (or hasn't) registered for SSPR, verify SSPR is enabled for all users
Azure AD Connect Sync: Change the Azure AD Connector and AD DS account password, configure preferred data location for Office 365 resources, Azure AD Connect sync configure filtering and scheduler, customize synchronization rule. Necessary access to be enabled for team
Azure AD Connect Health: Create Risky IP report, monitor Azure AD Connect sync with Azure AD Connect Health provided necessary access is in place for team
Managing NPS environment: Configure firewalls for RADIUS clients/traffic, Network policies, manage certificates used with NPS, register/unregister NPS in AD domain
Monitoring of AD services, process and events using scripts: Monitor Domain Controller performance, suggest recommendations for optimizing system performance
AD Backup and Restore: Monitor backup schedules for domain controllers and restore of system state in case of failures
Incident, Problem and Change management: Fulfil incidents and tasks assigned to AD assignment group
CSI and documentation: Implement enhancements, define & document standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles etc
Manage E-mail Routing ,Relay , Spam & Content filtering and archiving using third party tools
Manage Availability , Capacity and Performance of Exchange Environment
Distribution List and Group Mailbox management ( Add/Modify/Delete & Access)
Manage Restoration Exchange Servers and Mailboxes during disaster scenarios
Exchange Sizing, installation, configuration, deployment, systems management
Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Connect, and Azure Active Directory Federation services design, implementation and administration
Provide On-call support for P1& P2 issues during Outside Business Hours

Supervise and steer the management of IT risks and mitigation actions, including disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Ensure the regular delivery of operations performance reports to outsourcing steering committee
Ensure clear communication and positive relationship management to external vendor
Closely cooperate with all internal Infosys counterparts for daily operations and project management
Actively act as general contact to senior level counterparts of external vendor
Analyze and manage escalations to and from the assigned partner

Implementation of different Access Controls solution for customer applications, infrastructure and business groups to prevent excessive permissions and rights to the customer's IT environment
Designs, configures, tests, implements, supports and administers centralized identity and privileged access management (IAM and PAM) solutions including local, cloud, hybrid integration services.
Assist team in managing SSO, MFA and Federation services (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect). This will include consulting business lines, working with vendors, and determining proper technology to use based on use cases and vendor capabilities
Performs as subject matter advisor to functional area and may become actively involved, as required, to meet schedules and resolve problems highly complex in nature
