Ensures the correct and timely recording of accounting records, chronologically and systematically, according to the accounting plans and legal norms issued by the legal regulatory institutions, based on the supporting documents of all the patrimonial operations (accounting of capital operations, accounting for fixed assets, accounting for stocks, third party accounting, treasury accounting, expenses, income and results accounting, commitment accounting and other patrimonial elements)

Business partnering with all local functions: HR, Marketing, Recruitment, Delivery Management, Finance, etc., and ownership of Global IT operations Forecasting, Budgeting, and analysis (both Opex and Capex)
Being part of a global FP&A team, interacting with peers in the USA (Corporate Headquarters), India, Ukraine, Poland, and Slovakia
Working with the local accounting team to make sure that all bookings are done properly, working closely with the local CFO to drive overall finance organization
Language knowledge is required (English/German OR English/Dutch)
Candidate should have experience with content or understand how it works
Main responsibility will be creating/fulfilling data for the shops through tool or spreadsheets, translating from English to German OR English to Dutch
Understand content from multiple sources (web pages, images, PDFs, doc files) and be able to read & write this information in a structured format like xl-file, Google sheets, etc
Able to work with multiple online portals and be able to consolidate and update data

Drive the entire Employee Engagement review process inside the organization, from running surveys and other analysis methods to analyzing data and proposing strategies to improve engagement at different levels (Company/Department/Sub-department)
Understand the organization’s Employee Value Proposition and how it’s related to employee engagement and experience
Propose improvements to the employee experience aspects of the employee journey, based on engagement and demographic trends
Work with the HR Management team to identify the key areas of improvement for employee engagement and experience from a companywide perspective
Work closely with Managers to identify specific objectives for their team engagement and propose strategies for improving engagement at the department/sub-department level
Coach Managers and Senior Leads in identifying the best options to improve engagement at the department level
Support Managers, Senior Leads in creating their engagement plan (what type of actions/activities/approach they should take to increase engagement and focus on team capabilities development)
Offer support in the implementation of the agreed engagement and development plans
Select appropriate suppliers for different team activities and analyze proposals if requested
Facilitate collaboration between teams & suppliers, when needed
Monitor progress and offer consultancy throughout the implementation of the engagement plans
Create budget execution reports (if requested)
Keep up to date with trends in the IT domain when it comes to employee engagement and strategies for improving it
Keep up to date with the specific needs of different demographic groups and generations when it comes to engagement
