You will project manage the submission process in partnership with the GOC RTO team in Hyderabad to ensure that all activities are performed following a high standard
You will develop productive and professional relations with First Party partners by maintaining a close partnership and professional relationship, always aiming to make process improvements, and with our teams (Studio, Brand, PLM, EACC, wider RTO and Global Ops Commercial)
You will help us develop efficient use of the required tools (JIRA, GPMS). You will work with essential partners to ensure the most efficient workflow/process is implemented. Educate Studio, and inspire change to ensure submission processes are error free all while ensuring that the DiSCO and First Party Submissions JIRA's are maintained and updated
You will work with GOC Management to implement global submissions strategy such as supporting new business models including Subscription and EA Access and to help us with ongoing plans, and daily operational topics
You will partner with colleagues to hand-off essential projects at the end of the day, facilitating global time-zone coverage on time essential projects and provide training for the GOC RTO team in Hyderabad
You will maintain a complete understanding of product schedules and requirements on a global scale. Alert management when processes are compromised, or product releases are at risk
You will ensure maximum coordination and communication world-wide based GOC teams
You will provide on-site support for AAA titles in final cert stage
You will assist GOC Management team to develop the GOC RTO team into an outstanding service organization trained on specific toolsets for global territories; internalize submission deliverables to minimize impact on Studio teams and promote consistency with external partners.
You will communicate problem trends, submissions-related news from console helping the Studio teams remain empowered to succeed
You will assist us in official interactions with external partners, discussing failure points, looking for official waivers to requirements, and making priority requests. You will help safeguard EA’s relationship and business by denying damaging courses of action
You will conduct presentations to Studio or QA personnel worldwide, advocating our agenda and getting feedback on services for us
Work with Project Managers and Quality Designers to help define and deliver the quality verification test strategy
Become the Subject Matter Expert for the area being analyzed. Be the central contact person for multiple the assigned area/project
Practice an advanced use and manipulation of test tools (or driving the vision/concept for new tools that have been developed/acquired)
Review database issues and consider the level of severity and publish/respond to issues where required while working closely with the Project Manager

Be an expert as part of a product team to engineer high-volume, high transaction source control management applications, for use by game development teams across the entire global enterprise
Participate in all aspects of a service end-to-end, including design, implementation, support, vendor relations and customer interaction
Use expertise in multiple domains to provide technical leadership in the service
Collaborate with network, database, storage and system engineers to develop solutions
Be an escalation point for support engineers, providing guidance
Improve; may include design, definition of road maps, standardization of processes and methodologies
Work with the game teams to ensure their needs are captured and requirements are met
Manage the relationship with vendors, including sourcing, evaluation, and escalation
Exhibit creativity while collaborating and working with excellent designers, engineers of different technical backgrounds, architects and service owners
Work closely with Project Managers, Quality Designers and Analysts to help define and deliver the quality verification test strategy
Become the Subject Matter Expert for the area being within your responsibility from both a QV Team perspective as well as for the external developing studios
Have a solid knowledge of the database and test methodology in order to relevantly detail the test approach as well as respond to any database items for other EA Groups and external developing studios
Collaborate with peers and senior individual contributors to identify efficiency opportunities and success rate, supported by available data. Look for innovative new data tracking ways in order to support evolvement within the existing QV test practices
Identify, remedy and quantify gaps in functional and non-functional requirements to reduce the cost of change later during project lifecycle
Utilize existing risk-based strategy within area or domain environment and apply established tactics towards introducing efficiency into test methodology
Be the voice of quality for the product by providing qualitative and design feedback, technical solutions prior to integration from a player perspective as well as pinpoint relevant problematic situations from both a production perspective as well as an end user one
Create task breakdown and estimates during the early planning stage of development for owned domain while also being the main driver in the process of gathering design information and updates from the external development studio
Utilize available tools to assist in test execution, from software that enables tests (software development tools), organizes tests (test management software), captures test results (logs, telemetry, video, images, etc.), to defect-tracking to capture results
Execute the proposed test approach for your area of influence, coordinate with other team members as needed to ensure tests are executed effectively and efficiently and implement test/validation procedures within the said area to validate expected vs actual results.
Marketplace set up and delivery of digital content materials to submissions team
Support EA’s Publishing organisation in the Sales and Marketing activities to promote all commercial digital products
Work closely with internal EA global teams for set up and submission of materials/software to support each launch
Assist with the delivery of on-time and accurate product metadata and assets to support the release of content in the digital channels in alignment with the overall franchise plan
Coordinate digital product release plans, schedules and deliverable and report out to all key stakeholders
Responsible for tracking and reporting key metrics for the key functions
Partner with Global Localisation team to ensure accurate translations of product metadata copy
Work with internal EA global teams to deliver complete content packages to the Global PLM Submissions team
Assist the DiSCO Managers with First Parties on our commercial and operational requirements
Review and request updates for the weekly PSM Pre-order Status report to global publishing teams
Review and analyse on an ongoing basis the process documentation for the PLM Digital Publishing organisation
Maintain a general level of understanding of all internal digital publishing requirements relating to platform(s)
Project manage the metadata submission process. Partner with the GO RTO team in Hyderabad to ensure that all activities are executed effectively and to a high standard. Resolve issues and escalations raised by the GO RTO team as appropriate
Maintains effective, productive, and professional relations with First Party partner contacts for the platforms (typically release and/or account managers). Maintains a close partnership and professional rapport, constantly seeking to make process improvements where possible
Maintains complete knowledge of all business models (Subscription, EA Access, Digital & Packaged), Edition and Content planning processes including the materials required for smooth and successful submissions via collaboration with DiSCO teams, EACC test hubs/QA/Dev through to the First Parties. Also, able to assist with developing efficient and consistent use of the required tools (JIRA, GPMS). The role requires working with key stakeholders to ensure the most efficient workflow/process is implemented. Educates Studio, and drives change as needed to ensure submission processes are consistently error free
