De curand am trecut de primul an in Veo. Un an de cunoastere, integrare si stabilizare. Overseeing CRM, SAP and Web issues tracking and managing related communication with business stakeholders
Handling IT requests and incidents reported by the Service Desk or N2 support
Actively participating in the continuous improvement of CRM, SAP, and WEB processes
Ensuring the quality of CRM, SAP, and Web services provided according to KPIs
Monitoring the GLPI platform to resolve all CRM, SAP, WEB requests, and incidents according to SLAs
Generating and sending reports and analyses related to the job-specific at the request of the direct manager
Complying with SLA requirements, deadlines, and role-specific procedures
Coordinates and supports the CRM, SAP and WEB team to ensure optimal deployment of activities
Monitors the team's daily activity in GLPI
Monitors and requests corrections for incorrectly recorded tickets (group, category, engineer, source)
Proposes improvement solutions based on the analysis of KPIs, processes, and procedures
Coordinates and mediates team meetings, informs and presents the team with best practices in activity, and facilitates the constant achievement of objectives
Lead the end-to-end project delivery process, relying on advanced technical skills contextualized by essential business knowledge to valorize data deposits;
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets while working on targeted business scopes to explore and exploit data flows from the data lake or other sources;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical experts, intervening in a more integrated manner by industrializing achievements in the data lake technological chain and/or integrating them into the business information system;
Identify potential risks, issues, and obstacles related to data, making recommendations on data to consolidate, modify, repatriate, outsource, or internalize;
Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and ensure that statistical and/or automated learning models are designed and integrated effectively;
Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and excellence in project delivery, comparing and evaluating different models or calculation methods and anticipating their advantages and disadvantages in a business environment;
Maintain open and transparent communication channels to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, ensure research & innovation monitoring to introduce new approaches to data analysis and modeling
