Oversee the Project Management organization spanning across the company;
Grow the Project Management organization by interviewing, hiring and onboarding new project managers;
Set up standards and best practices across different projects to promote an Agile and Lean methodology;
Improve and adapt project management methodologies depending on project and partner needs;
Offer coaching and career path guidance to all project managers;
Give overall professional feedback and provide performance reviews;
Work collaboratively with Art, Design, Development and QA lead to create, implement and iterate process and methodologies to achieve product and team success;
Work with Amber Guild leads to identify and resolve all roadblocks and bottlenecks that may prevent the game teams from delivering the product on time, at quality and on budget;
Attract, develop, inspire and lead high performing teams, creating a culture that motivates and retains talent required for product success
Researching, evaluating and updating existing product testing scripts. Review and provide feedback on design documents for new features in the roadmap
Create and execute automated test scripts for assigned applications, tools and software features
Using automation testing methods to complete UI/Integration tests, responsive and break point testing, accessibility validation, API/functional tests, security tests, performance and load tests
Build code coverage, code quality and static analysis tools to detect problems early
Offering constant and relevant feedback related to progress, risks, needs that may occur
Providing exhaustive and complete troubleshooting before escalation
Work with Product Management teams, development and business owners to develop and execute the technical vision for test frameworks and automation
Produce accurate estimates and participate in daily task tracking activities
Conduct market analysis to identify new business and growth opportunities for the company
Utilize different research methods including but not limited to usability testing, focus groups, interviews, and surveys
Work with our production teams to devise creative ways to integrate new business opportunities into company products
Evaluate new and emerging audience segments and their total addressable market
Develop recommendations for increasing profitability of user acquisition efforts – including analysis of mainstream endorsements and niche opportunities
Review and benchmark competitive products and highlight their factors of success – and make recommendations on how these can be applied to company products
Provide best practices and trends in the mobile market based on the previous analysis performed
Utilize internal data and analytics services to collect insights and consolidate into actionable items, reports, and presentations
Collaborates at the concept stage with the producer and creative director to establish the visual style of the game;
Heavily involved in every stage of a game’s development cycle being responsible for the highest quality art for the product (2D, 3D, animations);
Gives input on the scope of the game and partners with senior staff to support the studios and business
Analyzes product needs and determines the art asset list, appropriate level of detail, and necessary personnel for a project;
Through pre-production, leads the creation of storyboards, logos, user interfaces, character design, environments and all other visual material and concepts;
Keeps a close eye on the art pipeline, constantly checking in with the team to monitor asset creation from both technical and aesthetic perspective;
Tracks milestones and ensures that the team stays on schedule, critiques and reviews art when it comes in, gives notes for revision;
Motivates the team, keeping artists focused, and efficiently devises solutions to mitigate art product risks;
As both manager and mentor, identifies the strengths and weaknesses in the team and draws out the hidden potential of artists;
Responsible for the continuous artistic growth of the art team members

The QA Specialist may specialize in a specific area of the testing process such as business process testing, test automation, performance testing, testing process, test environments, test data provisioning etc. and in any relevant tools
Drive the ‘hands on’ execution of the test strategy and plan, including the test preparation, execution, analysis and reporting activities. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
Provide product expertise to drive and support the testing approach
Develop and implement technical solutions for the testing process, like test automation, performance testing or test data provisioning
Review and implement test process improvement. The QA Specialist/Analyst will work alongside various project stakeholders to ensure that specific streams of work are progressing, provide guidance by example and act as an escalation point for the testing approach

Management of Atlassian licensing – allocating/deallocating licenses
Management of available licenses – forecasting of future licensing needs and governance of existing license usage

Collaboration & communication through active engagement in supporting different business units across the organization
Administration, management & maintenance of the ticketing system
Monitoring and support of requests through the ticketing system – ensuring that details and resolution timescales are communicated in a clear and timely manner
Create custom projects in Atlassian tool suite for complex workflows, reports, and permission requirements to meet business needs
Administer Jira software and integrate with other Atlassian tools and external applications
Work with analysts and customers to derive requirements for use cases/scenarios and recognize opportunities for improvement for business processes and determine ways to problem solve, analyze and develop solutions based on customer interviews and data
Create and maintain Jira and Confluence collaboration sites (e. g., Kanban boards, Scrum boards, documentation pages, etc.)
Plan, design and develop pages within confluence and integrate with JIRA to maximize usability
