Development and delivery support of processes for major/new services and service extensions (scope definition, flow charts, SIPOC, tracking guidance, checklists, escalation paths, performance reports definition etc.)
Maintenance of assigned service specific processes (service documentation) and minor changes/updates to these processes (scope definition, flow charts, SIPOC, tracking guidance, checklists, escalation paths, performance reports definition etc.)
Maintenance of center/area/subsidiary specific documentation (business rules)
Management of center onboarding process
Process/project management support of center specific escalations
Support the Global Team in development and execution of implementations to the field
Interact with management, co-workers, superiors, and others to get a detailed understanding of the process
Partially project manage new service deployments and new customer onboarding processes from Operations perspective
Management of small to medium sized projects (build, maintain and manage project plan including but not limited to tasks, risks, key milestones, deliverables, reporting and schedule)
Understand how the process works, what are the resources required in the process, duration of the process and what is the outcome of the process
Deep dive into each aspect of the process to identify problems or errors. Undertake data gathering and root cause analysis exercises
Work with peers to come up with possible solutions to solve the problems
Monitor the process at every stage
Check if any process improvement exercise could be undertaken to save costs and resources and improve the quality of the output
Execute against the assigned implementations steps
Be aware of latest technological breakthrough that could be implemented in the existing process
Find and suggest alternative or new processes that could replace the existing one (process reengineering capabilities)
General day-to-day editing, basic color correction, motion graphics, and basic sound editing
Conforming & finishing of broadcast commercials
Clockings, sound-lays and adding or amending legal copy to masters
Advising clients on current broadcast compliance and Broadcast Advertising Clearance Centre / Clearcast / Ofcom television advertising standards codes and notes of guidance, and ensuring material meets these standards
Expressing and sharing constructive feedback with all levels of client and agency personnel
Advising on client specific information such as brand information, logos, fonts and notes of guidance
Advising producers and post producers with information on postproduction pipeline to ensure we deliver a professional and accurate quote so that projects are brought in on time and within budgeted parameters
Advise and manage projects after completion - fulfill any project consolidation that might be required to successfully archive a whole edit project
Contribute to successful design and delivery of Salesforce implementations and clients, working onsite with clients
Optimize Marketing automation, enabled by the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specify, Design, Develop, Test and Deploy enterprise solutions using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Manage deliveries, working in our global delivery model
Professionals will also actively contribute to the expansion of our growing Salesforce team (professional development, proposal development, knowledge sharing, mentoring).
