Performing end-to-end threat hunting, developing, maturing and maintaining TTP, packet decoders or attack pattern detection techniques, managing and consistently maturing the security incident response process to meet the needs of Dell, and building the Global Incident Response Team's technical investigative capabilities (process & technology)
Perform the full threat hunting cycle, including the development of EDR detection rules, recommend and mitigate the effects caused by an incident
Perform technical cyber security investigations on security incidents, root cause analysis and deep dive analysis of malicious artifacts, analyze threat intelligence, identify TTP and attack patterns
Form and lead a leveraged virtual incident response team with the various global IT teams and business units and coordinate resources to effectively perform incident response tasks
Build security utilities and tools for internal use that enable you and your fellow team mates to operate at high speed and broad scale
Mature the Security Incident Response process to ensure it meets the needs of the global business and is adhered to
Analyze large and unstructured data sets to identify trends and anomalies indicative of malicious activities. Provide situational awareness on the current threat landscape and the techniques, tactics and procedures associated with specific threats
Monitoring and running scripts. Most of resolutions are SOP (How to articles) based requests
Monitor production application and hardware environments using ITIL change control processes
Monitor the application related activities, respond calls from the Application support and developments teams
Monitor the metric alerts, performance related issues like high CPU utilization, Application performance, high Memory utilization, Application tuning and Query tuning
Acknowledge the request for stop/start application , user creation and grant specific data access to user
Implement application and systems monitoring and from those, establish baselines and tuning them to reduce false alerts and identify opportunities for improving system performance
Track progress and resolution of incidents using SLM (Service Level Management) best practices
Develop test strategy based on documented business requirements and technical design. Present test plan strategies to business and IT partners prior to UAT entry. Successfully execute test cases during the project’s lifecycle, while ensuring compliance and quality in all phases of work
Identify, log, and track defects as needed in accordance with severity & priority guidelines
Actively contribute in working sessions with IT for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and retesting to ensure defects are resolved
Participate in daily stand-ups, core team meetings, IT demo sessions etc
Publish testing progress statistics and reporting to stakeholders and leadership

The role of the EMEA OEM Project Manager will be to lead project activity in Central Europe directing parts planning, project management and inter-facing with the global team
Leads thecore team, kick off programs, establish schedules and facilitate meetings. Core and extended team members can include Project management, Sales, Order management, New Product Operations, Custom Factory Integration, Services Program Management, and Mechanical/BIOS/Regulatory Engineering
Will work with the customer and local partner to document their requirements; establish clear objectives and deliverables for the program and manages the creation, review and approval of the SOW (Statement of Work)
Facilitate Core Team meetings and maintain for meeting/ exceeding all milestones & deliverables
Facilitate regular meetings with the customer and/or local partner during program development to enable fulfilment solutions
Manage major risks and issues through effective contingency plans and proper escalation
Ensures the core teams reach RTS (Ready to Ship) on time with all required features

Analyse, report regularly on, and proactively drive actions to keep performance in line with forecasts for Client lines of business (LoB)
Provide input to the central Pricing team on pricing strategy for Client LoBs
Work with marketing and CSG colleagues to put together regional launch plans for new products and solutions andensure integrated Marketing programs are in place to address markets of opportunity forCSG solutions and Client LoBs, and support those programs as appropriate each quarter
Designing, coding, testing, debugging and documenting .Net applications
Partnering with business/user group representatives to understand business processes and requirements, translating those needs into formal, documented business requirements

Provide post-implementation support and ensure availability of systems through application monitoring
Monitors and tracks capacity, productivity performance and changing volume trends while being cognizant of service objectives.
Acts as a coordinator and facilitator for business in weekly headcount and capacity meetings, confirming hiring plans, actual headcount, reviewing current and future capacity, risk to business, upcoming events and program/pilot launches and ensures that actions are taken that result in managing to the published hiring plans.
Tracks change of status (terminations, new hires, transfers) for production and support functions in the business, compares to plan and adjusts the plan accordingly to ensure proper handling of customer contacts according to financial and business objectives that have been established. •
Partners with business to understand volume drivers, channel mix shifts and/or discuss appropriate assumptions used in monthly/quarterly forecast process
Creates and develops standard volume forecast, including tracking actual and interfacing with Finance and Reporting teams when data gaps occur or questions arise.
Develops outsource partner monthly interlocks to ensure capacity is adjusted to meet monthly call trends and business changes.
Provides analytical support surrounding business impact associated with initiatives, network changes and/or service offer attach rates.
Research, design and support the implementation of information security solutions for the organization
Architect independently determine and develop approach to solutions under limited direction
Document security standards, solutions, data flows, procedures, and other technical information as directed

Assisting the Problem Debt Manger with early identification of problem accounts to maximizing DFS Europe’s recovery prospects and minimizing ultimate loan write-offs
Ensure compliance with the Credit and Impairment Policies and with the Credit and Problem Debt Procedures. Ensure the relevant polices are updated and approved on at least an annual basis
