Atribuțiile:
Drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions to their needs
Resolve complex customer issues or escalations as needed while proactively equipping line-level associates with tools on addressing customer concerns
Apply extensive sales experience, knowledge, and expertise to act as the subject matter expert, closing deals that require extended knowledge
Provide leadership to the sales staff including training, setting clear expectations, giving direction, mentoring, and providing development of department sales personnel
Direct involvement in the recruitment process of new joiners
Track daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
Be responsible for the cars inventory in the showroom (presentation, cleanness, readiness for drive-tests etc.)
Coordinate daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
Manage the relationship with internal and external stakeholders (third-party logistics partners, workshops etc.) to ensure the smooth flow of operations
Continuously evaluate the efficiency of the supply chain and identify opportunities for process improvement
Monitor performance of external and internal partners, finding ways to improve the overall efficiency of the business
Understand business priorities and propose strategies to best suit those priorities
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
Ensure all systems operate smoothly and are aligned with our quality standards
Monitor data and recommend solutions that will improve efficiency in terms of time, cost and quality of work
Offer car financing options and insurance programs to our customers
Build positive working relationships with the respective third parties (banks, insurers, consumer credit financiers) to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs
Support the Sales team during purchases and leverage opportunities to offer financial aftermarket products, leasing contracts, and insurance programs
Structure deals in accordance with lender and company guidelines
Process financing and leasing deals accurately and secure approval through financial sources

Work closely with Spotawheel Product Organization & UX function to analyze potential product features business value/ impact
Discover market needs and identify new features needed from a local market perspective
Support new product feature releases by collecting and analyzing feedback from our users and local teams
Be Product’s single point of reference to the local internal stakeholders, supporting all product-related needs/ requests and keeping them up to date throughout the product development process
Document new product functionalities and communicate them effectively to the internal local stakeholders
Highlight potential product malfunctions, and act proactively to drive issues resolution ensuring top product quality
Analyze data to help product management make better-informed decisions and monitor features post-launch performance
