Achieve set targets for all JDE brands in both TT and MT
Implement the approved and communicated promo plan in both TT and IKA stores in the area of responsibility
Ensure that all sales opportunities are fully exploited – such as listing, Shelf presence, Secondary placements
Inform the Field Sales Manager of any problems and opportunities, as well also about competitors’ activities within the region
Effectively utilize the company’s support services, . promotion material, advertising, etc
Be constantly up-to-date with the latest product developments and market trends
Deploying of the JDE training for sales processes, products, etc. to 3rd party sales representatives, merchandisers, and customers
Support Planning and target achievement for the distributor's Sales Force, providing coaching and presenting to the most important customers in his area new JDE products, promotions, and campaigns so they can achieve and maintain JDE standards for in-store execution
Monitor stock availability and ensure the distributor delivers transferred orders regularly and on time
Monitor JDE Sales Representatives’ and Distributors Sales Representatives’ performance at the retail level in the allocated area
