Atribuțiile:
Ensure that the documents and information provided by merchants is according to the established procedure;
Realize the research and the analysis about legal representative and beneficial owners according to with AML&KYC procedure;
Realize the analysis from a risk perspective for T&C’ merchants, goods sold, and other aspects related to high-risk verticals;
Enhancements of our current Salesforce platform to accommodate business needs (creation of new objects, roll out of salesforce functionality, customization of existing functionality)
Implementation of customization requests including creation of workflow triggers, workflow alerts, automated email responses, etc
Implementation of Apex triggers, classes, Visualforce pages using languages like Apex, HTML and JavaScript
Proactively seek out and identify needed system changes due to business changes and/or new business requirements
Development of reports and dashboards;
Data quality and integrity monitoring;
Support for end-users, including mass data updates/imports using the API or import tools;
Support implementation of the business requirements for the delivery of Change Requests in relation to the PayU Salesforce solution as well as Maintain and support business as usual requests
Concrete projects to implement: connection to third party tools, integration with local payment platforms, integration with in-house tools
Implement application development requirements with a constant focus on providing technical guidance and co-ordinating business efficiencies through the activities of applications development
Liaise with IT infrastructure services and other third parties, in support of applications maintenance and development activities
Participate in the entire Agile development process, including story definition, estimation, code review, release and support/maintenance
Support PayU’s Service as well as Sales Cloud
Support improvement initiatives involving business applications
Act as technical expert for and share knowledge as appropriate
