Designing and managing various game systems, game mechanics through the full cycle of production from concept to final stage in a multiplayer open world experience
Collaborating with Creative, Art, and Programming teams to align all the elements into a common high-quality vision for the game
Balancing and adjusting gameplay features to guarantee player’s satisfaction
Being able to identify and overcome both design and technical challenges met through the production cycle
Working in the Engine to prototype / improve various features
Supports the technical team members by providing them with context on what has to be developed and why. Is accountable on the user story accuracy (writes user stories), also on the groomed and correctly prioritized product backlog;
Ensures the product backlog is transparent to key stakeholders and the scope defined in the user stories is aligned with key stakeholders;
Get feedback as soon as possible to make your feature better before going live through (user test, company test, stakeholder test - where needed) and iterate;
Proactively communicates any relevant updates to key stakeholders;
Is accountable for the acceptance of the product increment delivered each sprint;
Lead meetings and workshops in order to Handle UX/UI meetings to understand how the product will look like/ behave;

Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional business requirements

Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems
Monitor discussions on Social Media and Forums, respond in a timely fashion where appropriate
Educate and support players via discussions on the forums & on Facebook. Identify, track, report and help solve their emerging issues
Collaborate with other teams in finding swift solutions for the issues reported by players via social media
Collaborate with Game Community Managers to identify, empower, monitor community contributors in the forums and other social media
Reinforce and participate in the feedback cycle from customers to the game team and back
Organize discussion threads by moving misplaced posts, deleting spam, issuing warnings and educating the community to leave their comments in the correct places
Review, collect and accurately classify the nature of user-generated content from a range of social media and community platforms including Facebook and Game Forums. Provide extensive reports on community feedback, by using qualitative and quantitative metrics
Reposting Social Media content across local Gameloft Social Media Channels
Manage, check up and ensure partial accounting records and financial reports (Romanian accounting, French reports): bank accounts, cash accounts, non-current assets;
Estimate daily cash needs bookkeeping of the cash expenses
Preparing specific internal reports
Support Chief Accountant in ad-hoc tasks as: Tax control, Audit, internal report and accounting books;
Represent the company in relation with the bank and the authorities;
Provide to Management with accurate and timely financial information
Use our internal reporting tools to generate sales and user behavior reports
Structure data and prepare reports in Excel.
Provide quality checks in order to assure data correctness
Maintain documentation related to personal tasks and team procedures
Communicate with international teams involved, in order to assure the best analytics, on the set deadlines
Set up and follow up, with the monetization managers and the production teams, the game performance indicators needed to measure the game features, at different production phases

Review and benchmark competitive products and highlight their factors of success - and make recommendations on how these can be applied to company products
Utilize internal data and analytics services to collect insights and consolidate into actionable items, reports, and presentations
Manage all the steps in the recruitment process (post job openings on specialised websites, screen resumes, schedule tests/ interviews, offer feedback, conduct interviews, update the candidates data base);
Elaborate recruitment reports;

Work contracts & personnel files (opening, closing and updating personnel file);
Ensures that аll payroll information and other related information are reported to HR department and financial department as required;
Coordinates employee communications associated with payroll issues;
