Conduct comprehensive calls to assess and evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for our projects
Collaborate closely with our project managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
Build and maintain a strong network of qualified workers, fostering relationships with potential candidates
Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate selection, contracting and payroll, onboarding, training and ensuring compliance with legal and labour standards, evaluation, retention
Coordinate and communicate with candidates regarding assignment details, schedules, job expectations, job payments
Manage the onboarding process for temporary workers, including paperwork completion, orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition into their assignments
Oversee the onboarding, offboarding process, conducting exit interviews, collecting feedback, and maintaining positive relationships with both temporary workers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our recruitment database
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in temporary workforce recruitment
Intocmirea și prezentarea de rapoarte periodice pentru managementul intern și extern;
Intocmirea de analize de profitabilitate pe diferite arii de activitate și la nivel de companie;
Participarea la elaborarea de proiecții financiare și previziuni pentru a sprijini conducerea in luarea deciziilor strategice (Budget/ Forecast/ Plan strategic);
Monitorizarea costurilor, facturilor emise, rezultatelor și analiza deviațiilor față de budget și inainteaza propuneri de îmbunătățire;
Construiește impreună cu departamentele operaționale modele de evaluare a business planurilor pentru clienți sau pentru produsele noi;
Asigură definirea și implementarea procedurilor specifice activității;
Comunică cu departamentul de contabilitate și pregătește documente necesare acestora;
Contribuie la dezvoltarea și implementarea procedurilor interne;
