Verification of the correctness of primary documents and/or accounting records executed by the local departments;
Bookkeeping all financial documents and supporting the Senior Accountant and Financial Manager in managing all day-to-day, monthly and quarterly financial-accounting activities;
Participates in the month end close activities, balance sheet reconciliations & internal reporting and overview of all accounts balances;
Delivers statutory accounting and compliance;
Experience in the preparation for the documentation for the external auditor (reconciliation of the payments, reconciliation of the salary, reconciliation of fixed assets, etc.);
Provides data to audit teams, internal or external;
Adheres to internal financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems;
Prepares ad hoc reports for the group controls purpose or business needs;
Maintains a system of controls over accounting transactions;
Collaborates with stakeholders including HQ Management, Procurement, Technical, Quality, HR;
Supports Corporate HQ on accounting and financial reporting;
Collaborates with controllers to enable them to analyze and report the company performance with better quality;

Identifica pericolele si evalueaza riscurile pentru fiecare componenta a sistemului de munca, pe locuri de munca/posturi de munca;
Intocmeste un necesar de documentatii cu caracter tehnic de informare si instruire a lucratorilor in domeniu SSM;
Controleaza toate locurile de munca in scopul respectarii standardelor de securitate si sanatate in munca si a prevenirii accidentelor si imbolnavirilor profesionale;
Asigura dotarea lucratorilor cu echipamente de lucru, tinute si mijloace de protectie specifice locului/postului de munca;
Desfasoara permanent actiuni menite sa constientizeze personalului cu privire la riscurile profesionale specifice si cu privire la masurile de prevenire din domeniul SSM;
Participa la cercetarea accidentelor de munca si tine evidenta acestora;
Colaboreaza cu medicul societatii pentru efectuarea controlului medical periodic al lucratorilor;
Participa la intocmirea instructiunilor proprii de SSM;
Elaboreaza si actualizeaza planul de prevenire si protectie;
Avizarea si contrasemnarea actelor cu caracter juridic ale firmei
Reprezentarea intereselor si apararea drepturilor legitime ale firmei in fata autoritatilor publice, institutiilor de orice natura, precum si in fata oricarei persoane juridice sau fizice, romana ori straina
Asigurarea de consultanta si informarea permanenta a conducerii firmei cu privire la modificarile legislative
Acorda asistenta, consultanta si reprezentare juridica firmei si angajatilor acesteia
Rezolva cereri cu caracter juridic
Redacteaza, avizeaza si contrasemneaza acte juridice, verifica identitatea partilor, consimtamantul, continutul si data actelor incheiate ce privesc firma
