Daily monitors the team workflow and allocates tasks and resources, ensuring that proper resources are in place for good deployment and continuity of activity
Identifies knowledge gaps at individual level and customizes the training accordingly

As a support function, manages all customer master and customer core pricing related data for the allocated region
Prioritizes all activities to meet established service level agreements (SLA) and team measures
Liaises with Sales Associates when further clarification of job to be done is required to ensure the task is completed accurately and effectively
Works with various internal teams in a collaborative manner to effectively and efficiently support the process and the team
Reinforces communication within the team, from the Team Leader to the team and vice versa
