Personnel files administration: from Hire to Retire; preparing all necessary employment documents (contracts, addendum, decision);
Being in charge of day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties;
Maintain human resources regulatory compliance with state laws;
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies);
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc);
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations; address employee relations issues and schedule meetings;
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data to the external provider (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc); verifying time sheets and payroll, handling leave days' situation;
Support in preparing compensation and benefits packages;
Implement training and development plans;
Plan and support managers in the annual performance review sessions;
Prepare and set up company policies regarding HR and Administrative areas;
Communicate with public authorities when necessary

Administrare parc auto (service, combustibil, spalat, revizii, ITP, asigurari, roviniete)

Negotiating contracts with clients and establishing timelines of performance
Establishing and overseeing internal budgets within the company
Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all account needs met
Collaborating with Marketing team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling and optimizing resources
Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders
Meeting all account’s needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
Analyzing platform data to provide customer relationship management solutions
Coordinating the editorial team of the platform in order to meet editorial objectives and reporting on their activity
Campaign creation, monitoring the impact of the campaign, optimization of processes to reach optimal results;
You will use all Social Media tools available to create and ensure the promotion of the campaigns;
You will utilize tools, systems and processes to keep a daily track of client development and expansion of the required campaigns;
Plan the advertising, including which media to advertise in, such as Facebook, Instagram, SEM
Gather and organize information to plan advertising campaigns
Effective client relationship management, dealing with internal/external conflicts and collate best practice examples of reporting, client feedback and case studies;
Proven technical capabilities and understanding, including basic skills in the editing of landing pages (HTML) and creative optimization;
Close interaction with Team Leader, Digital Project Manager and Content Creation Team in order to interpret market insights, client data, and be able to react quickly and implement this back into the business;
Effective management of your clients on performance versus target and company growth strategies
Daily spend/revenue monitoring, campaign creation and optimization. You will utilise internal tools, systems and processes to keep a daily track of client development and expansion
Effective client relationship management, dealing with internal/external conflicts and collate best practise examples of reporting, client feedback and case studies
Proven technical capabilities and understanding, including basic skills in the editing of landing pages (HTML) and creative optimization
