Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility systems, to include: electrical, HVAC, lighting, plumbing, compressed air, nitrogen, process vacuum, and refrigeration systems. Install electrical conduit and conductors, metal and plastic piping, and general hardware;
Lead, perform and document preventive maintenance (PM) on all facility systems and equipment;
Install electrical installations and conductors, metal and plastic pipes and general technical equipment;
Support installation /removal of facility resources for production equipment;
Support outside contractors on facility and equipment repairs;
Documents the various checks by filling in forms or checklists as the case may be, at the necessary frequencies.
Review all engineering change order activity for impact on current schedule including both open and planned work orders and coordinates shortage resolution. Ensure demand planning inputs and outputs properly reflect the updated configuration and impacted
Review and approve all customer demand prior to entering into MRP. Analyze and update changes in accordance to the customer contract in a timely manner
Review all changes in demand and determine material availability (“what if”). Work closely with customer team to revise the production schedule. Generate MRP and ensure the output is valid prior to releasing the Purchasing team
The production schedule is clearly communicated to the Focused Factory Production Planner
Maintain the integrity of the work order schedule and firming of work orders based on PO coverage and material availability. Monitor the schedule and notify customer team of potential problems meeting customer demand.
Support customer requests, inquiries and adjustments. Responsible for generation of reports as required/requested by customer
Organizes and implements administrative systems and procedures performing necessary support duties
Responsible for customer order management activities as related to customer account needs
Works with appropriate team members to ensure product is received in a timely manner and moves through the respective processes to achieve customer service excellence
Drive and support resolution of discrepant product, drive hold items to timely resolution, monitor and manage aging product, and support shipment processing of product as required.
Serve as the Team Leader for assigned focus factory ensuring proper carryover of production activities and requirements. Assist in directing employees to ensure that day-to-day production needs are met
Prepare and communicate shift turnover
Provides status updates for area WIP (work in progress) counts
Understands workload constraints and willing to flex in and out of area as demand changes.
Support Spare Parts Inventory Development (SPID) activities and follow-up with all suppliers to collect the Recommended Spare Parts Lists and identify the spare parts requirements for inventory development of Startup Spares for the project. Understand and follow the spare parts specification and the SPID process in a timely manner and identify all necessary actions to complete the SPID plan
Communicate and work in resolving with vendors/suppliers any non-conformance and liaise with procurement and logistics department in monitoring spares progress and deliveries
Work as an integral part of a team to secure successful completion of the SPID process. Ensure that all requirements to SPID are fulfilled.
Develop, update, and conduct employee communication and education programs to create an understanding of compensation and benefits programs with employees, HR partners and managers
Analyze new and existing programs to ensure they provide value to employees and the Company, with a focus on affordability and sense of reward employees feel for their commitment to Plexus

Lead daily service needs, schedules, goals, quality issues and concerns between shifts and other employees in order to maintain an efficient and effective production process
Assign work assignments based on daily service needs, ensure quality products are produced and achieve department metrics
Conduct leadership activities which may include approving time off, conducting performance appraisals, coaching, disciplinary action and maintaining company policies and procedures
Provides leadership and direction for team members
Effectively communicate daily schedules, goals, quality issues/concerns between shifts to ensure customer expectations are met. Follow proper escalation process when necessary
Ensure individuals are trained to the appropriate assembly build instructions and ensures personnel are compliant with all applicable SFT training requirements. Intelligently flex team members to meet customer schedules based on training and skill sets
Understand and communicate concerns to appropriate personnel relative to product documentation and production schedules in order to ensure thoroughness to the production process
Monitor service activities, inspection appraisals, reworks/repairs, and product packaging in order to ensure accuracy and efficiency in these areas
Ensure adherence to product and process specifications and requirements in order to maintain and meet customer and company expectations
Evaluate and monitor discrepant material levels relative to product quality and defect prevention, product disposition, rework/repair/replacement activities, and data analysis of the defect source, in order to provide timely and effective resolution.

Resolves open tickets in the internal ticketing system
Enters in real time or specified in our internal system, Agile, the list of materials (BOM) and change notifications of the assemblies/components received from the customer
Checks the correctness of the input data - Compare the BOM entered into the system versus the BOM received from the client
Creates new assemblies/documents in the Agile system
Saves and maintains the documentation in the file created specifically for storing the data from the customers
Ensure early engagement for new PN/assemblies are created/managed according to best standards
Analyzes, formats and structures the material part list (BOM)
Continuously improve DPMO & Reject Rates for Manufacturing Equipment and Processes across site
Maintain and verify equipment from production, in accordance with maintenance planning, every equipment must be prepare to be use in production
Ensure all maintenance activity is performed according internal SOPs, WIs and equipment/maintenance manuals
