Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement
Propose and define draft technical specifications for new machinery and equipment based on the requirements defined by Launch + Design engineer + Project quality
Agree with nominated supplier, the final technical specification of the new machinery and equipments
Follow up supplier activities in order to make sure that technical specification is respected
Manage pre acceptance activites on supplier side before commisioning period
Manage and record the LL from past experience in order to be sure that the process it is optimized
Ensure connection between the plant and related supplier untill final acceptance document is signed
Identify and propose new technologies in order to improve actual working way
Monitor and evaluate customer interactions across various channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat, to ensure adherence to quality standards and provide constructive feedback to customer service representatives
Identify trends and patterns in customer interactions, and collaborate with the training team to develop and deliver targeted training programs to enhance the overall quality of customer service
Conduct regular audits of customer service processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and monitor their impact on customer satisfaction
Analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify recurring issues and work with relevant teams to address root causes and prevent future occurrences

Process and manage payroll for employees, including calculating wages, preparing and distributing paychecks, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Support SQA manager to prepare weekly and monthly reports of all the above indicators and suppliers’ development plan;
Plan and organize process audits in the sub-industries under his/her responsibility in order to ensure closure of the nonconformities seen;

Coordinate the activities required for achieving the quality performance targets of the supplier's under his/her responsibility depending on the quality and reliability objectives necessary to reach the final customer satisfaction;

Manage the feasibility of his products with the support of internal experts or suppliers and tool makers;
