Cooperation & coordination with other in-house engineering disciplines
Design low voltage and medium voltage electrical distribution systems and building services for commercial, industrial facilities
Perform electrical system designs including switchgears, switchboards, motor control centers, variable frequency drives, generators, transformers, distribution panels, and other electrical distribution systems.
Prepare design drawings including single line diagrams, circuit diagrams, wiring diagram / wiring schematics, electrical plans, schedules etc.
Perform design and layouts for constructions: power, lighting, cable trays, grounding and lightning, sections and other)
Perform electrical system calculations using power analytical software packages
Perform electrical system studies and calculations (load, harmonics, voltage drop, lighting, short circuit, coordination and arc flash, junction boxes, lighting system, cables, grounding and lightning installation)
Create estimates and proposals for projects / clients
Responsible for the entire employee life cycle (recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, employee engagement, the annual and mid-year employee performance reviews etc.)
Administer HR-related documentation
Implement and develop HR tools & processes
HR & business reporting
Encourage and maintain positive employee relations
Keep employees motivated, integrated and identifying with the company and identify future staffing needs
Cooperate and support local management and department managers/leaders
Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies
Providing pro-active consulting to managers by giving them day-to-day advice; recommending the best practices, tools and techniques for their business, location (also across countries)
Coordination and implementation of different HR process (recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, training and development, talent and succession planning, compensation &benefits, rewards&recognition, etc.)
Participation and ownership of international HR projects in Central and Eastern Europe Area
Implementation of Bilfinger Group guidelines and procedures regarding HR
Cooperation with training companies, recruitment agencies and other HR suppliers
Organizeaza, indruma, conduce, controleaza si raspunde de desfasurarea in mod eficient a activitatii financiar-contabile a societatii in conformitate cu dispozitiile legale in vigoare;
Raspunde de inregistrarea cronologica si sistematica in evidenta contabila a documentelor justificative in conformitate cu prevederile legale in vigoare;
Raspunde pentru corecta stabilire a documentelor justificative ce trebuie intocmite si de circuitul lor in cadrul societatii;
Organizeaza si participa la intocmirea lucrarilor de inchidere a exercitiului financiar-contabil, la operatiunile de inventariere , la respectarea procedurilor de control intern;
Asigura un sistem corespunzator de urmarire si evidenta a formularelor utilizate in activitatea finaciar-contabila;
Asigura si raspunde indeplinirea la termen a obligatiilor societatii fata de bugetul statului si similare in conformitate cu dispozitiile legale in vigoare;
Asigura si raspunde de elaborarea balantei de verificare si a bilantului societatii la termenele stabilite de legislatia in vigoare;
Participa proactiv la intocmirea rapoartelor lunare catre grup si catre management, conform IFRS;
Monitorizeaza cheltuielile efectuate fata de bugetul prestabilit;
Ofera suport departamentelor productive si de vanzari, pentru intocmirea documentatiei financiare ceruta de licitatii, calculatii de pret, legislatie aplicabila etc;
Ofera suport si traseaza sarcini unui angajat din subordine;
Verifica, avizeaza sau dupa caz, redacteaza orice tip de contract, acord, conventie sau propunere inaintata managementului;
Furnizeaza consultanta de specialitate tuturor departamentelor companiei;
Asigura consultanta interna pentru management in reprezentarea societatii in fata autoritatilor in cazul controalelor efectuate de acestea;
Pregateste si asigura respectarea conformitatii cu legea/actul constitutiv/procedurile grupului in vigoare a tuturor documentelor inaintate spre analiza managementului;
Monitorizeaza legislatia publicata in Monitorul Oficial cu impact asupra activitatii societatii si informeaza echipa de management in acest sens
