Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes
Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
Contributes to CEO effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes

Set targets, monitor KPIs, and set up mechanisms to measure and develop employee performance
Provide weekly, and/or monthly performance reports
Assist in coordinating, developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
Analyze and assess the performance of online campaigns & related data to identify and optimize areas increasing online marketing performance
Implement automated analytics reporting across Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Apple Analytics, Branch, AdWords, and Social Media to improve campaign effectiveness across channels
Audit all SEM, PPC and retargeting campaigns
Conduct measurement and analysis on the effectiveness and efficiency of digital marketing programs
Work proactively with multiple external agencies to make and implement recommendations for new and existing programs
Work with online merchandising, operations, and creative teams to ensure paid digital marketing initiatives are "on brand" with the products, promotions, and overall business strategy
Develop a robust test and learn plan to improve advertising creative, keywords and overall efficiency of all search engine tactics
Partner with Analytics to present findings, analysis, and recommendations to senior management
Analyze competitive marketplace and follow digital marketing trends
Oversee affiliate marketing efforts
Perform data analysis on web traffic and other key metrics
Set targets, monitor KPIs, and set up mechanisms to measure multiple campaigns across many online channels
Draw meaningful conclusions from campaign data and identify potential opportunities for improvement
Provide daily, weekly, and/or monthly campaign performance reports
Communicate with team members on campaign developments, timelines, and results
