Support Adore Me's properties and analytics reporting
Ensure consistent tracking, analysis and reporting of core website KPIs in various weekly and monthly Dashboard formats (page views, clicks, conversion, etc.)
Act as an internal expert on Google Analytics 360 capabilities and site tagging
Assist with all QA effort of all creative and functional tagging throughout the site
Implement/improve website tagging process
Assist with analysis and reporting on effectiveness of new site feature launches
Provide input to process for continual improvements based on analytics data
Prepare critical data for feedback to Acquisition, Engagement and Product Management teams
Support analysis and reporting on testing and targeting efforts underway with third party
Adding new features and improve existing ones on our eCommerce iOS application
Maintain codebase written in both Objective-C and Swift
Gradually refactor existing Objective-C code to Swift
Develop Unit Tests in collaboration with our QA team
Integrate with our REST API
Participate to daily (SCRUM) stand-ups and bi-weekly iterations
Work with the Product Owner, Scrum Masters, UX designers, security specialists, internal and external developers and other groups to identify technical and functional needs
Be able to work in a global environment with mixed teams and mixed cultures at different time zones
Experience with best industry standards – applying coding guidelines
Continuously improves the quality of the service and always writes down customers’ feedback and suggestions;
Obtains or provides precise information to customers or others;
Coordinates the customer service agents team in order to obtain optimal results for the client and the company;
Monitors the quality of the answers provided by the agents from the team towards the customers;
Finds constructive approaches to overcome periods of stress;
Listens and empathizes with the customers’ and agent’s needs;

Cooperates with other departments in order to provide a complete and correct answer to the customer;
Elaborates and updates the client data-base;

Has extensive knowledge on the products and services offered by the company;
Applies internal procedures according to the set standards
Assures other activities if requested by the direct manager even if not detailed in the job description
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (necessary for certain activity reporting)
