Collaborate with the Risk and Compliance team to identify and establish effective environmental and safety metrics
Work closely with the CRE Systems team to design and develop reporting dashboards
Build and maintain relationships with strategy and data owners across the Group, supporting teams in establishing reporting processes
Collect, maintain, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data for internal reporting purposes
Contribute to effective data management and strategic decision-making by developing and maintaining databases, creating dashboards, and staying informed about new tools and innovations
Assist the team in fulfilling ad hoc insight and data requests from both internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop energy and carbon reduction initiatives for our buildings
Support project deployment against plans and objectives, ensuring commitments are met and energy targets are achieved
Work with the broader ESG strategy team to ensure accurate data representation and recording of improvements in environmental impact
Develop and implement efficient program tracking and reporting processes for regional and global initiatives
Responsible for efficiently coordinating, tracking, and administering the company's lease process
Abstracted the key terms from executed leases and input such information into the company's tracking programs
Perform real estate administration and analyst tasks on a day to day basis for multiple commercial offices
Ensure accuracy of all critical lease information
Maintain and update landlord contact information data base
Manage relationships with landlords, subtenants
Prepare comprehensive business case in line with the deals terms from letters of intent/proposals received form real estate broker
Will act as liaison with finance, legal and real estate broker on financial transactions and lease documents
Perform quality control checks and ensuring the integrity of data contained in the real estate database; will provide accurate and reliable information and to mitigate risks to the business
Assist the workspace team with tracking and reporting of office occupancy, issuing monthly dashboards for leadership review
