Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management
Report on monthly financial and non-financial performance, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting and prepare for regular leadership reviews
Spearhead the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes
Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
Maintain knowledge and keep abreast of new regulations or policies
Develop models that help with decision-making
Support the development and documentation of policies, controls and business processes/ tools

Actively partner with line managers and team leaders providing HR guidance for all HR areas
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
Manage programs that address HR activities such as personnel administration, talent management, retention, learning & development and performance management
Perform diverse assignments in areas as employee/labor relations, communication, training, coaching, people development, etc
Participate in identifying and developing employee skills to support business needs, coach employees, supervisors and leaders in addressing interpersonal and behavioral challenges
