Atribuțiile:
Partner with hiring managers to gain a strong understanding of the business and respective talent requirements and candidate profiles;
Lead all aspects of recruiting ranging from determining sourcing strategies, conducting effective and insightful screening, making candidate recommendations to hiring managers and ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout;
Deliver and support “business as usual” activities as required by the business areas and HR, such as the annual compensation review, recruitment process, talent review mapping, employee engagement survey, etc.;
Cooperates with management as appropriate on employee development and talent planning decisions;
Assist managers assess and proactively address employee engagement;
Educate managers and employees on inquires relating to HR policies and procedures;
Collaborate with International HR team members to design, plan and implement global HR initiatives
You plan, develop and manage the PPC strategy for international markets
You launch and optimize paid search campaigns in several search engines (Google & Bing)
You continuously optimize account structure, keyword portfolio, ad texts and bidding strategies
You assure that the reporting of relevant KPIs is always up to date and you conduct advanced analyses
You execute A/B-tests, collect & analyze data and identify trends & insights in order to maximize the performance of your accounts
You develop innovative strategies to improve & expand our PPC activity by evaluating new advertising channels, campaign types and Google Ads features & betas
Identification and reporting of security issues in our products in various lifecycle stages using black-box and white-box approaches
Evangelization of security topics and introducing new innovative methods with the objective to increase the security awareness of the development teams and the security level of the products
Continuous improvement of security competencies (penetration testing, threat modeling, code review...) and introducing new ones according to the organization’s needs
Improving and optimizing our secure software development processes, including automation approaches
Participating in security incident management and security incident response
Close cooperation with the application security team located in Germany, including occasional business trips
