Coordinate staff and internal resources, content, design and affiliates; ensure resource availability and allocation
Manage project progress and adapt work as required
Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation
Conduct project review and create detailed reports for our executive staff
Support the development of the marketing strategy and planning process to ensure the organization is efficiently sound (analytics to be created/decisions are made based on provided data/analytics, improvements/changes in the process are done)
Maintain marketing processes & campaign/customer activities data in order to facilitate easy reporting on program and campaign effectiveness
Support monthly/quarterly/annual marketing business reviews providing valuable insights for the team
Secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects
Ensure that performance indicators are met, and that reported data are consistent with the requirements
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Research and identify new opportunities for paid campaigns together with the marketing team.
Monitor and distribute ad budgets across multiple platforms
Perform keyword research, draft ad copies, research and define relevant audiences for remarketing campaigns based on past behaviour, custom intent, and qualitative data
Make creative suggestions for ad templates
Analyze paid media campaign performance and translate relevant data into reports and plans for improving our paid campaigns
Prepare bi-weekly paid media performance reports and recommendations to discuss with the marketing manager
Track company KPIs to identify pain points and map PPC campaigns to relevant business outcomes
Maintain relationships with PPC vendors and partners
Stay informed of relevant industry, paid media, and paid media platform trends and best practices
Manage day-to-day tactical and strategic affiliate marketing operations across all channels and partners;
Reach out to potential affiliates and influencers and incentivize them to join our program;
Utilize an affiliate platform (., FirstPromoter) to track performance and improve targeting;
Achieve TextMagic’s affiliate channel KPIs, including for traffic, conversions, sales growth, partner performance, etc. in order to grow and develop our customer segment;
Develop our affiliate channel strategy from end to end, including optimizing current affiliate partner performance, finding new affiliate partners, and ensuring that channel sales are aligned with TextMagic’s niche and consumer priorities;
Work with marketing leaders to find innovative ways to deepen our partnerships and test new affiliate strategies;
Monitor and evaluate current processes on a continuous basis and provide insights into new opportunities;
Identify and prioritize key influencers and brand advocates and optimize partnerships and incentive programs;
Work together with the marketing and support teams to ensure that all outcomes and strategies are aligned with TextMagic's business goals; and
Regularly report on the initiatives and results of our affiliate program to the leadership team
Translate marketing activities into visual materials that promote TextMagic and align with our current brand guidelines;
Collaborate with the marketing team and copywriters to execute layout design, make content and design revisions or recommendations, and create concept campaigns;
Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions to ensure that the marketing design is on message and targets customer pain points;
Day-to-day design and production of marketing collateral (PPT presentations, brochures, product manuals, video thumbnails, product positioning and branding proposals, email newsletters, etc.);
Design and prepare social media collateral to support campaigns (., Facebook ads, Instagram posts, web graphics, website banners, etc.);
Manage marketing collateral production;
Design the layout of case studies, white papers, eBooks, etc.;
Share new logos or branded designs with the rest of the team effectively;
Work with team leaders to determine workload distribution and determine the need to bring in additional resources;
Craft design artifacts like wireframes, process flows, and prototypes to deliver your ideas;
Design and iteration of landing pages that will be used in marketing campaigns; and
