Proactively identify information security deficiencies or opportunities for improvement to better enable business security at the global level
Help the business unit understand and mitigate the cyber and fraud risks identified in line with the company's risk appetite
Support the effective teamwork between the business unit teams and the Security & Fraud service teams
Guide and support the business unit in following the appropriate security procedures such as the risk assessments and the exception management exercises, ensuring completeness and alignment to standard baselines or ’s security policies
Support partner concerns for information security issues identified by security teams and/or the business units themselves
Work with security insights teams to ensure that security metrics and reports receive the right level of attention in the target business unit
Continuously analyze and improve business unit specific security metrics
Assist the Business Unit in handling and preventing cyber incidents and supporting incident coordination as the need arises

Support the delivery of the Global IT Disaster Recovery Roadmap
Ongoing management of the Technology Dependency Mapping process aligned to customer and business needs / priorities
Supply to the development of an organizational level strategy approach (response and recovery plan templates) aligning to the threat / strategy approach
Contribute to the development and ongoing maintenance of the organizational response plan aligned to threat / strategy approach
Planning, setup, rollout, testing and maintenance of the ITDR plans

Responsible for investigating the incidents escalated by the 24/7 Cyber Security Incident Response Team
Assists the 24/7 team with triaging and investigating cybersecurity alerts raised by a wide variety of security tools like: SOAR, EDR, XDR, IPS/IDS, SIEM, Sandbox, Cloud security and Email Security
Coordinates escalation, response, resolution, and reporting of cybersecurity incidents
Performs technical investigation on complex security incidents to achieve efficient mitigation for active threats and identification of the root cause
Collaborates on various departmental projects that help the organization improve its cyber security posture and achieve its mission/objectives
Collaborates with different CDR stakeholders and vendors to remediate any identified gaps
Monitors the 24/7 team KPIs and generate detailed metric reports when needed
Masters and uses CSIRT’s playbooks, runbooks, workflows, operational documentation, and processes. Contributes to the writing and maintenance of all such documents.
Looks for opportunities to improve documentation and standardization of CSIRT processes
Owns and delivers on assigned projects (often around improvements to detections, processes and playbooks) while balancing execution and deliveries with operations and IR workload; Supports other team members in projects
