In charge with the primary analysis of the orders placed and suppliers’ forecast, notify any change in terms of quality, delivery terms or any other problems
Ensure continuous communication with the suppliers in relation to the confirmation of orders and enter the information in the ERP system of the company
Independent assessment of the effectiveness of risk management as well as internal controls in financial and information systems or other business and operational aspects
Making recommendations to management on optimal remediation of deficiencies and proposing action plans
Planning of JSOX schedule and internal audit activities as needed
Support for the implementation of JSOX procedures and other internal controls
Takeover of operational ad-hoc projects as well as review of project implementations
Preparation of working papers and written documentation of the audits in English
Ensure that deliverables (work papers, reports, etc.) are produced in a timely and professional manner
