Helpdesk Management: Plan and coordinate daily activities, manage the team, and act as the escalation point for issues
Local Support Management: Oversee Field/Local Support and Staging teams, manage incident, change, and problem management, and ensure continuous improvement in tasks and processes

Prepare and book AP/ general ledger transactions, including accruals and provisions, to ensure accurate recording of financial data;
Prepare and review financial reports at the month, quarter, and year-end, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations;
Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries;
Prepare and review financial reports at the month, quarter, and year-end, ensuring compliance with group accounting principles and regulations and reporting in corporate tools;
Coordinate and oversee financial audits, working closely with auditors to provide necessary documentation and resolve any audit findings;
Maintain and monitor general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness;
Conduct regular audits regarding internal controls to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors;
Stay updated on accounting standards and regulations, ensuring compliance and implementing best practices;
Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
Progressing end user incidents referred from the Service Desk using approved tools and in compliance with the Incident process;
Investigating and diagnosing technical issues passed over from Service Desk;
Working with Tech Leads and other team members on mitigation and resolution of the incidents
Setting up, maintaining and improving our office IT landscape, incl. computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices (Android and iOS), network configurations, routers, security systems, servers, virus protection software, mobile-device management etc.;
Administration of user accounts, access rights, viewing permissions and settings for company software, incl. Active Directory etc.;
Performing advanced technical and administrative support for all IT-related matters in all offices and for all personnel, whether remotely via e-mail, telephone, chats or in our physical premises;
Keeping our systems and users protected and ensuring our data is secure, (. anti-malware solution, data security, phishing attacks, etc.) ;
Timely ordering and setting-up of new equipment for new hires globally, as well as ensuring leaving employees correctly return their equipment;
Providing training and assistance to employees in the set-up and ongoing use of their company equipment, software or other applications;
