Coordinate tasks on shipments to meet all customer SOP requirements: booking approvals, processing pre-alerts, governmental filings, executing delivery, ensuring proper invoicing, etc

Build great relationships with customers, respond promptly, and follow up on issue resolution
Provide reporting and documentation support to internal and external customers. Participate in customer business reviews
Contribute to seamless forwarding operations across various regions, gaining exposure to unique challenges and client needs
