Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices;
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions;
Plans and organize trainings as needed;
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program;
Develop and implement global company-wide programs and initiatives (. benefit programs, salary/bonus, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment);
Counseling managers on candidate selection;
Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs;
Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys;
Scheduling and conducting job evaluations;
Prepares HR budget and long term plans;
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees;
Establishing a retention plan;
Recommending benefit programs to management;
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures;
Implements / applies in the affiliate the HR policies, actions and campaigns decided by the Group;
Being part in the process of negotiation for the collective bargaining agreement;
Elaborates and validates the Job Descriptions with the Managers;
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
