Junior NOC Engineer
IașiPerforming daily system checks and backups to ensure critical systems and services are operational
Troubleshooting problems that impact the IT services; you will work to triage or troubleshoot the issues, if applicable
Answering to customers’ calls and tickets via VoIP & Jira
Tracking and logging incidents; you will have to carefully track and document all incidents and resolutions in detail. This will help with building and constantly improving the NOC’s internal knowledge base
Reporting and owning incidents; when problems are too large or complex for quick troubleshooting, you will escalate these to management, internal teams, third parties etc. for assistance in reaching a resolution. You will maintain ongoing communication both internally and externally, keeping all stakeholders posted on the progress of ongoing incidents
Following standard NOC operating procedures, which will include, but not be limited to coordinating with third-party vendors, customer contacts or internal teams
